I've been trying to get a hold of Debi at Coral Reef for a couple weeks now. I've left 2 messages also. Anyone else having trouble getting through to her? I'm anxious to get this set up for our Sept 1 dinner!

I called and left a message for her about 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. I thought that maybe it was because our trip wasn't until August, but your trip is after ours. I did this last May and it was wonderful. She even had our dining time changed so we could have a diver there. The only down side--it is funny now--is that they had my DH name with another woman--not me. We plyed it out and no one else knew--I still have it as well. Also, my DH did not have a clue to what was going to happen--he was excited over our menu with our names on it. Good luck. Oh--it was our 11th anniv.

There is no cost for the personalized menu or the diver. It is such a great bonus if they have the availability.

We are doing this in August for DS 13th birthday. We are so excited! I will look for the contact number and post it if I am able to find it. The area manager's name is Debbie and is very friendly and helpful.

What do you mean by personalized menus?? Are your names just on it or do they actually tailor a menu to your liking? I have never heard of this before.

The personalized menu has special sayings you may want to put on there and pictures of your kids, hubby, etc. Debbie will put anything on the menu that you want. It's not a menu with different food, just personalized for your loved one. You can email this stuff to her any time up to 3 days before your ressie.

I think the earlier the better, especially if you want the diver. But I called just a week ago and our trip's at the end of the month. Debbi got back to me within a few days and got everything set up today, but we're just doing the menu so I think that's a little easier to do last minute.

Got my email from Debbi yesterday..She has our menus ready and the diver requested for our dinner there on the 24th..WOOHOO!!!!!
