Thanks for the suggestion!
Good to know! I still haven't made it over to look at them!

That was cute!
Kathy
I laughed out loud when I read it!
Oh my gosh, poor Connor.

Poor you, too, not knowing what to do! DBF is the same way with smells -- certain smells (like fish

) just get to him and he can't take it. He'll gag or cover his nose and mouth with his shirt, or gag AND cover up his nose and mouth. I was cracking up when I was reading that because I can SOOOO picture him at the same age as Connor, dry-heaving!

Too funny! I have this mental image now of Connor doing that with a girlfriend and the girlfriend wondering why his mother never put a stop to it.
Oh poor Connor!

And poor you.

We enjoyed CHH. The apple pie things were really delicious. Yummm.
I was just floored that I was witnessing him acting like that!
That apple pie was my favorite part of the meal -- I have such a sweet tooth.
of course they don't wretch in the middle of a restaurant over it!
Thank goodness for that!

so funny that chelsea stole a zebra dome! i can totally see why though. those things are YUMMY!!!
They are delicious and Chelsea made a pig of herself over them in the course of the week.
Awww, poor Connor!!!! I couldn't help but laugh at the thought of him in CHH!!
Hollie did that in the elephant house at Zoo Atlanta on her first trip. We had to get her out of there real fast like!!
I love the mickey ears!! Tell them they did an awesome job!!!
I laugh about it now, too! Poor Hollie -- the elephant house can be a tad bit ripe.
They were very proud of their ears!
I just caught up on the last TWO updates and I loved them both, as usual! The hats are very cute and the zebra domes look yummy!
Thank you! You must get over to AKL one day and try them -- they are delicious!
Hi CP! I have read along from your PTR and am loving your TR. I have been too shy to join in until now (which my dh finds hilarious since I am not usually shy!!) Anyhoo, I just had to chime in on the awfulness of the kids meals. We just returned yesterday from a week at the Polynesian. My son is 8, will be 9 in August, but is a big boy. At almost every meal that wasn't a buffet/family style I had to give him parts of my food-including when we ate at CHH. I told DH after CS meal 1 when I gave up half my lunch that next year we are getting him the adult plan even though he'll only be 9!

I am so glad you decided to post -- I hope you will continue doing so! I am the opposite -- I am quiet and shy in real life, but pretty outspoken here.
The Poly? I bet that was a wonderful stay!!! Has the dreaded Disney Depression hit you yet?
I totally understand about your DS -- we were constantly passing along bits to Connor when we would get CS the entire week. Thank goodness we had a couple of buffets!
Great update! You packd quite a bit in. Loved the retching story

Totally relate to the HM fear factor. My dd9 loved ToT but is terrified on HM and we only have ever got her on it once. Hoping to make her..I mean let her choose to try the ride again.

Stay tuned to see how it turns out.
Thank you! The crowds were pretty light that night over in Adventureland -- I was so excited to get so much done that evening.
I actually instituted a rule on this trip that we weren't going to force anyone to ride anything they didn't want to ride. Chelsea was the one who was constantly beseeching Connor to ride things he didn't want to ride. By the end of the week, they were striking bargains with each other.
Your update was too funny. It brought back some distinct childhood memories of my brother pulling the retching routine over veggies. Chelsea seems so proud of herself for stealing a zebra dome too.

Did it ever work for your brother or did he still have to eat his veggies?
She was so proud of herself for nabbing that zebra dome. I think she has the entire thing crammed into her mouth.
