It's impossible. Sigh. And what's even worse is that on top of spending money I don't want to waste my gas either. So I'm at home and if I get enough motivation I go for my run. I really need to be better about that. I started the Couch to 5K program ages ago ... and I keep having to restart at week one because I fall off track and I need to.
Something to make me feel better tonight: HOCKEY! Or as my parents like to call it ... Watching paint dry.
Awww...I hope that you get your motivation up to run. I try to be consistent with my trips to the gym. I know that if I miss one day and get lazy, it will be hard for me to get back into the routine. I noticed that if you miss for a while and then go back to exercising, the first time is hard but then after that, it gets easier again. You can do it Jess!

However I bought some salt Saline stuff tonight, and the first time I did it I feel 99 times better, the sinuses got cleared out!



Don't watch TV anymore, so that makes it a little harder to follow.
We decided on the Carousel for May, so I'm crossing my fingers. I'm sure it will be good and everyone seems to have good things to say. I'm just hoping it won't be too hot
