Morning everyone!!

Hey Vicki aren't you one of the gals at DW?? If so hope you are having a great time and the weather has gotten better!!

Happy B-day to Cheryl!!

Yesterday I picked up the girls and we ran to the swim shop and got their suits ordered for this year. Luckily they weren't quite as expensive as the last ones so that was good and now that is one more thing off my checklist!

I found out this morning that dh has to work night starting next week which really sucks for me because we were going to trade off with the girls at practice. He was going to take one to practice while I stayed home with the other and got her fed and let her finish up her homework and then we were going to switch because they go at two different times and don't finish till 8 p.m.!! So if we had to take them both and wait it would be super late. They could probably take their homework to the pool but there are SO many distractions there (their friends, lots of noise and such) I know they wouldn't get a lot done and plus we would pretty much have to fast food it which I really don't want to do because it is expensive and NOT healthy but alas now it looks like I have no choice. BOOO!!!! So figures. He was out of work ALL that time and now the FIRST week this happens LOL. Plus both girls have an all day field trip on Wed so it is going to be an exhausting week between Monday with work, piano and straight to swim and then wed with the field trip and then swim. EEK!

Anyway looking forward to this weekend though! Can't WAIT to get my haircut tomorrow and the girls desperately need theirs cut as well! And then we haven't been to sam's in over a month so it will be good to get stocked back up on stuff. Then on Sunday Shelby is going to that party and then we are going to do some yard work and that night we may be going over to mom's to visit with them since they got back.

For my idol gals I am pretty happy with the results. DEF happy about the one gal but as I mentioned on FB I thought that a few other people could have gone before the 2nd gal BUT I think she needed to go eventually so it is prob ok. As I said just glad that none of my favs went home!

Sorry for posting so many pics, but I have lots LOL. We had a great time even though Devin was injured and a CM was lost at sea . Laila loved the big boat and all the character interactions (and there was A LOT)!!! And as a bonus, Devin and Adara were actually great friends while on the trip so that was priceless .

Good morning, ladies!!!! TGIF!!!

We are not partiers, right?

I mean, um, yes, that's right.

No vinylmations here, but there is one that I would buy if I could get it and that's the Simba one. I have a wee Lion King collection here, including a Lenox crystal Simba..... Kinda lost my head on that one.... LOL

I love the Lion King. It's one of my favorite Disney movies. When Adam was a baby we'd play the movie soundtrack and it would always quiet him down. I've seen the movie so many times and the play 3 times. Rafiki is one of my favorite characters.... "Asante sana Squash banana"

I DVR'd it and fast forwarded through all the commercials. I wasn't entirely happy with the results.

I'm sorry you weren't happy. I just figured they'd end up going eventually anyway. Neither was strong enough to win it all. But hopefully they will go on to do other things.

All of the females in this house need haircuts really badly. The guys always get theirs done, it's pretty easy and cheap. It's so expensive for us girls though, and there are four of us! Ugh.
Anyway, sorry to hear about Shane working nights. That's a bummer.

Don't be sorry!! I love 'em!!!! Your kids are beautiful! And you can just tell in the pics how much fun they are having. What a good momma you are, taking them someplace so fun, and making such great memories.

Getting ready to head out to Sac before work. I am going to a YELP elite event tomorrow night and theme is Soul Shakedown. I'm not quite sure what soul attire is, but this thrift shop called Cheap Thrills is packed with 1970's used clothing. About ten years ago I found this amazing Disco outfit there- with original 70's tags and the wig. Hopefully they pull through again!

On the slide show there's even one with me in my bathing suit . Well not really, I still have my cover-up on, but that's as close as any of you will see me in a swimsuit LOL.

Devin really wanted to go into the water at the beach, so I got all Macyver and went to the Walmart in Puerto Vallarta and bought some Hefty ForceFlex bags and Green Duct Tape & wrapped him all up .

Sarcastic much . For all who know me, I am NOT very photogenic and Carol got some really nice ones of me on the Divas trip. But I threatened her with a spork if she ever showed anyone .

It's okay. I wasn't happy about the 1st person to go but I think the 2nd didn't have a strong enough voice. The 1st person will most likely land an album I'm thinking. lol. I think the one who was safe will most likely end up going next. I think this person may have a nice smile but their voice is not that great IMO.

Katie- love the pics! I'm glad you and your family had a great time. Your kids are so cute! Feel free to share more pics. I hope to make it to a Disney Cruise one day. I've only been on Royal Caribbean 2 or 3 times and Princess Cruise and Carnival.

Did any of you catch that new show on Fox called Mobbed? It's produced by Howie Mendell. I watched it and it was so crazy and it actually made me cry! Apparently my cousin's husband cried too!

January, I'm in the same nasal heck you are. Allergies freakin' hurt. I've tried everything and nothing is helping me this season. Here's hoping we both have very little suffering ahead of us.
