Awesome trip report Laurie! And BEAUTIFUL photos!

Just so you know, I still feel weird when I'm walking around the parks by myself. I just don't like to be alone at the parks I guess. Also, like you, the first ladies trip was the hardest for me to be away from my family....I felt so guilty. Now I have no problem leaving my boy folk at home. I'm like, "See ya in a few days boys! Momma gonna go play!

Oh, and the winning song for the Meet-n-Greet party game was "Tomorrow" (from Annie).

Oh, and I was the lucky one to get the frame Laurie made and brought for the exchange. It is SO cute!!! I love it!

And one more little thing to say....do NOT order the kids meals at Rancho. They are the worst! Stick with the adult meals. They are MUCH better.

Got up early & made the phone call to my bank & spoke with the Asst General Mgr about the hotel bill this morning....but already covered that....so moving on........

Forgot to mention that Chris stayed with us after the Meet-n-Greet & was on her way this morning to move into a different hotel/villa or something like that.

Michelle & I headed over to Disneyland making our way to Space Mtn to pick up FP's. We walked towards Fantasyland & saw no line for Alice, so we hopped on for a ride. I haven't been on it since they had to put in the platform & railing to the outside track......kinda takes away from the effect.....but oh well....you do what you gotta do.

After exiting Alice, we jumped onto the Teacups, where Lisa & Trish also joined in.

We all headed towards the Princess Fantasy Faire to do our group photo with us in our tiaras. We got in line early, so we could get in & out pretty quickly before the crowds showed up. Janelle texted & told me she was on the run to get there......she made it in plenty of time & was great for her to meet the other ladies in person!!

I borrowed this from one of the other Divas who took this picture......My camera was already put away when I decided to get a solo pic with the princesses.....so glad someone still had their camera at the ready!!

I had no idea it would hit me that hard.....I was so looking forward to the break & to react so majorly....kinda bummed me out I missed out on ride time with the girls, going to the Villa to check it out & just chit chat, etc.

Tomorrow......oh that's right!!!!

I swore a took a picture of the frame but wanted to wait until after the trip to post it.....can't seem to find it......could you get a picture of the frame please?? Feel free to add it to this report!!!

I figured the kid meal was made with the same stuff.....just not as much of it.....lol I just didn't want to pay that much for an adult meal that I knew I would only take a few bites of. Next time, I'll pick something up & bring it over to join you all there......

After leaving the Princess Fantasy Faire, the group headed right over to do a group ride on It's a Small World. We walked right on!!

Booo hoooo, I had to miss the PFF and the group ride on Small World.

I was there in spirit though. Just draw a stick figure with a tiara in the pictures and label it as me.

Darn, should've had a Barbie Capri and a Barbie Beth for this trip.

So just curious....how long did it take for everyone to get pics at PFF everyone getting group shots and individual must have taken a while...also how many people in the group handed over their cameras to have the group shot taken everybody? or just a few and you all shared the pic?

Even with my tiny pink aversion I think pink tshirts were the perfect choice for a visit to PFF the pic is awesome!

After lunch, I headed out to the World of Disney in search of 2 pins I was picking up for Vicki (I got to meet her last summer during our trips).......I didn't want to forget!

Where were you during that?? So many people, hard to keep track who was there & who wasn't. Next time for sure!!

I think we were in there for about 10 minutes.......we did the group shot & those wanting individual shots after. The character escorts, photopass photographers & any other CM in the area, grabbed individual cameras & took pictures. It really worked out nicely.

Pink is so easy to spot....especially when you get 2 or 3 gals together.

Did Zoe have a good birthday? I was wanting to hook up, but scheduling just didn't work out.......kept my eye out for her......did she like the purse??? Hope she had a *+*+*Magical*+*+* birthday at Disneyland with her dad & grandpa!!!!!

Continuing our trip thru "It's a Small World after all......."

After the ride, small groups went off in different directions. We said goodbye to Janelle & then Michelle & I headed to BTMRR with Tracey & Carrie.

While we were in line to get on, I got a text from Jessica letting me know she was in the park!!! I told her to meet us at the exit of the ride. When we got off, there she was!! I was very excited to see her again & knew she would need a good hug!! The girls wanted to ride Indiana Jones next, but I was having some back issues today & decided I would skip that ride. I wandered down to the Rivers of America & caught the Jazz Band playing.

After staying at the HoJo last summer with 6 of us in one room.....this seemed like a closet in comparison. We had tons of room at the HoJo.......and yes.....us ladies like our "stuff".....lol

If only you could combine the space of the HOJO rooms with the closeness of the Carousel. I would be in DLR heaven. I'm going back to the HOJO in September and it's going to be a big shock having to walk that extra couple of minutes.

I didn't really find the walk to the HoJo to be a big deal....but I agree....the Carousel does save a few steps. Both have comfy beds but I enjoy the space with my usually big group!

I'm totally with you on the walk. I don't mind it at all and I'm a fast walker so it doesn't take me long and I've never minded it before. But I definitely got spoiled with the walk to the Carousel.
