I booked through CAA - I called on Wednseday and asked if the stuff was there so I could pop in and pick it up and my TA said "no, not yet, they should be here a couple of weeks before you go" So then without panic I told her it WAS a couple (2) weeks before I go!!
So....then she said they should be here next week. So if I don't hear from her by Wednesday I'll call again.
I totally understand the frustration. Definitely call if you don't have it all soon. We overlap a few days. We'll be at the Poly May 2 - 9. Good luck, post here when you get your stuff.
