Disregard - someone else answered already. DVC child AP price?

As I just posted in another thread I am having trouble working with all of the new ticket charts - I find them to be more confusing than ever! My hubby and I are trying to figure out the DVC child AP price. DIS says it's now 388.73 - 85.00 discount (is that right?), and DVC member site (which still lists old prices) says it was $251.00 - what's the deal? Am I forgetting to add tax, or has the child AP increased that much?

The thread linked above has the new prices listed. The price went up 27.00 for a childs DVC AP.
