Disneyworld scavenger hunt/is d23 having another one

In May of 2011, I had the pleasure in participating in D23 1st Scavenger Hunt at DisneyWorld. I HAD A BLAST! And would LOVE to do it again.

It was just mere luck when I found out about it early in the year. I didn't come close to winning but it was so much fun Ive really hoping that they will do it again.

Has anyone heard any plans for them to have another one?

There's no word on if D23 will hold another Destination D event and Scavenger Hunt at WDW. If they do announce one, it would be listed on the D23 website.

Yeah I checked there, didn't see anything. I thought maybe someone was able to go undercover and leak some secret information, lol. But thank you

We will be at WDW during the dates of the past scavenger hunts (traveling from CT). I'd really like to book some tours and other activities but am afraid as soon as I do the scavenger hunt dates will be announced and we'll have a conflict! I'm super excited to participate and would be very bummed if it was going on when we were there and couldn't participate.....I hope they announce dates soon...

D23 has announced some of their 2014 events. They are holding a Destination D:Attraction Rewind at WDW on July 26th and 27th. They have not indicated if a Scavenger Hunt will take place during that time frame.
