Disneyshopping.com Defective Item and Returns?

Does Disneyshopping.com normally make you pay shipping charges to ship back a defective item? I ordered the pirate treasure playmat for DS for xmas and I received it today and the thing is all bent. I'm so mad!! There is no pre-paid return shipping label on the invoice so I'm guessing I'll have to pay for it, which will probably be more than I paid for the item :( I've been on hold with them FOREVER so I thought I would ask here while I'm waiting.
 
Okay well I'm very pleased. She is sending me another one EXPRESS mail so I'll get it before xmas and I don't have to ship the other one back. I'm happy with their customer service now :)

That is what they did for me before too. Glad it worked out.
 
Anytime I ever received mds that was defective from the Disney Catalog they would send that item in a heartbeat and wouldn't ask for the old one back. And, if there was something I didn't like or didn't fit, I'd return it to my local Disney store and never had any problems. Glad to hear it is still that way.
