Disney's Youth Education Series - Question

I am not sure where to post . . .
My daughter's Girl Scout Ambassador Troop (High School Juniors and Seniors) is interested in the Disney Youth Education Series offered at Disneyland in California. I was wondering if anyone knows any students who have participated in any of these programs. Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I don't personally know any students that have done this, however, I have seen the classes going on in the parks, and they look AWESOME.

My little sister was a YES program facilitator! She says that students get what they put into it. She had some students who were really into what was being taught and loved the fact that they got to learn stuff while at Disney. Then she also had students that just went along with the lesson till it was done. The facilitator does try to make it fun and get everyone involved. She said most of the students have fun and that she had a blast being a facilitator (she taught the Physics YES program).

I went through this before and it was fun and you learned a lot about leadership and other things

Thank you. The group is interested in the Leadership program but my daughter wants to do the Physics program herself.

My daughter has participated in a few of the individual enrollment programs at DL. She has loved all of them. So did my husband! Now he uses Walt Disney's philosophy's as teachable moments. She has been signed up for the Properties in Motion a couple of times but it was cancelled due to low enrollment.

I'm interested in these mainly for the cheaper tickets! And I think my oldest daughter would loooooove it. How long are the classes? Is it like a whole day?

When I went it was a whole day and I went with about 20 people and 2 or 3 cahperones

Individual enrollment classes were about 2.5 to 3 hours
