Please add us to the BOG list
3 - 10 December 2016 for our first stay at the Beach Club to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary
Now I need a countdown ticker!
I'll add you to the list.
Can you add me to the BOG list. We'll be staying at Beach Club Villas April 1-5, then BLT until the 9th.
Is the lockers at SAB easy to get in the middle of the day? I'll need somewhere to lock up my carry on until we can check in. Two years ago, I tried to use the lockers at the spa and was told no and there was nowhere to secure my belongings while at the pool. I've since seen there are lockers by Beaches and Cream. I did not know about them the last time I stayed there. Thanks
Will do!
Sounds like a fantastic split.
I know others have chimed in about the lockers. I know I have pictures on Page 1. Maybe in Post 2 (Stormalong Bay) or in either Post 13 (FAQ) or Post 14 (Other Useful Info). I forget where I put things sometimes.
Heads up!
I don't like to be the one to start rumors or fan the flames, but if you go to the DIS Rumors and News subforum you will find a thread with credible predictions that Disney ticket prices will be raised this weekend (I think price increases usually take place on Sundays).
I'm not going to guarantee that this info is correct, but I am going to purchase the park tickets for my upcoming trip tomorrow.
Mea Culpa! I have NOT seen anything about ticket price increases today.
I still think they are coming soon, and I'm still glad I got mine for my upcoming trip.
I was a little sad to learn that Typhoon Lagoon will not be re-opening until the end of our trip (first world problems, I know!). However, we are now left with a full day that we are thinking of turning into a resort day. Of course we would enjoy some SAB time but what else would you do? Has anyone tried the Sea Raycers? What about doing a room service breakfast? Any faves for lunch on the Boardwalk or around the resort? We will be heading to Narcoosees for dinner that evening and then to MK for EMH so maybe a more low key day will turn out to be a good thing. TIA for any ideas/advice you may have to offer!
I haven't done it, but you could walk over to the mini golf course (near the Swalfin)
We like Captain's Grille for a sit-down lunch, I haven't been to Beaches & Cream, (I know, I know) but you could make reservations and get something light there. I hear the lobster roll at one of the QS places at the Boardwalk is really good.
Just got my first "pin" code. Wasn't planning to get back this year but now maybe I can sneak in a short trip! Guess I have to go do some searches...
A "pin" code got us in 2010!

I can say we've changed our days in a GOOD way. Instead of a split stay, we're staying put at the Beach Club from May 21 to May 28! I'm super excited to get a full week at Beach Club instead of my usual 4 days; we were booked for only three of our nights at Yacht Club for this May trip. This is my 12 year old niece's first trip!!
Got your new dates!
How is the hair salon at beach club? Wanted to get daughter's haircut before our trip but we're home with colds just trying to get better before our trip. Any stylist good with straight hair?
If I have any reviews, they will be in post 5 of this thread. But I don't remember any. Surprisingly, I hear really good things about the barber at Magic Kingdom, for both boys and girls.
Glad to see so many other Massachusetts peeps in this thread.
58 days till my first Beach Club stay (and my wedding!) so I'll be following this thread closely to see what's going on at BC!
Northeast Mass respresenting!
Here's an official

and congratulations!
I'll add you to the Be Our Guest list. April?
I told Teena that nobody could ever take her place, but is there any greeter at the BC on Sundays and Mondays anymore?
I have heard there are still greeters but I don't know when they are in the lobby.
