I am not a huge flower person, but I really like that...I sent it to my DH...I am sure he won't buy it, but I can dream!! I usually complain when he buys flowers for me, but this is more about the vase then the flowers.

We will have to keep each other posted if we get "lucky"....LOL

Honestly I don't think that you want to see a picture...it is SAD...the flowers look dead (roses are wilted and have brown all over them and the other flowers are DEAD, wilted)...you would think that I have had them for a long time. I am VERY sad. I sent a message to Hallmark about them, we will see. They did NOT live up to the beautiful picture...though the vase is GREAT.

Geez. Do you think they had the flowers already in the vase ready to send for Valentines Day?? That sounds a bit weird.

I have a little experience with Hallmark. I ordered some flowers for my MIL who was in a terrible car crash to be sent to her hospital room. There was a little mix up because her name is hyphenated and so they never got delivered to her. My MIL didn't know because she was doped up on morphine at the time! When my DH went down to Florida about a week later to visit her, he called me and said our flowers weren't there. So I called Hallmark and they said that the flower shipment was refused delivery because they didn't know who the patient was (never mind that she had OVER 50 flower arrangements delivered to her in her hospital room and they didn't recognize her name by then???). The CSR said the flowers had been sitting around for a week and wouldn't be fresh, so they sent out a new batch to her.

The vase is WAY cute...though I am thinking I should have just looked on eBay for that. I e-mailed customer service about the quality because they have a 100% satisfaction guarentee...we will see if and when I hear back.

Oh man that would be SO horrible!! That stinks about your MIL...you would think that they could figure it out. Funny thing...my dad called me at the hospital after I had my second DD and he asked for me by my maiden name and they still got the call to my room...makes you wonder!
