I guess it depends on whether you want to believe third-hand information from a worker at offsite call center, or someone who can give you the specific room numbers and even let you know which rooms have King Beds or accessible features...
The resort does actually get a number of people who book Pool View rooms at POFQ and then request ground floor, and while it can sometimes be done, it does mean the guest is technically being downgraded to a Garden View room (the fencing/vegetation next to the path means that you won't really get much of a view of the pool itself, hence the official classification).
Incidentally, did you know that for most of next year, Pool View is now the most expensive category at POFQ? Even higher than River View. I guess demand for those 30 available rooms is so high that the pricing structure has been adjusted accordingly.
