I don't see on the map a laundry area in the 70's section, does anyone know it one is available in that area?

You'll use the laundry room by the Hippy Dippy pool or the computer pool in the 80s section. Whichever is closer or whatever pool you are enjoying while doing laundry.

I've never stayed at Pop before, but am considering it. I'm assuming all the rooms are the same size. But is any particular room better for fitting in the pack n play? I'm afraid the baby will never fall asleep staring at the rest of the family!

Will the computer pool laundry room be open during the computer pool closure?

Our goal is too squeeze the pack and play in the closet/sink area and close the curtain separating the room from the bathroom. I hear there is just enough room. I will squeeze past him in the dark to go to the bathroom if it means a baby that will sleep

Okay, that's what I was wondering. We've stayed at POFQ before, but not with a baby. But thinking about the layout of the POFQ room, that would have been my plan. I just didn't know if that was feasible at Pop with their room size.

Anyone who has visited recently know if this ride/game is still in the arcade? 20151025_182945.jpg

Good morning from Pop Century!! We arrived last night. I wanted to report that our hotel room did not have a clock, only 1 bus board was working, and there are mugs without handles.

We're so excited to finally be here and start our first park day at Magic Kingdom!! :hyper:
Thanks for the report! We arrive in 17 days, so it's looking like we aren't going to get mugs with handles. I hope you have a magical trip! pixiedust:

Thanks for the update and have fun in MK! I'm going to be at Pop in December :-)

Hi! I am trying to plan a July 8-14 2017 for a group of 7 teens and DH and I. What is generally the POP discount during that time frame?

thanks

It's hard to tell. Probably going to the historical discount section of Mouse Savers will give you the best idea of what might be offered during that timeframe.

Out of curiosity I just checked the current Free Dining bounceback offer but the dates end July 5th. Too bad! With 7 teens to feed it might have been worth you and hubby taking a weekend getaway to Disney this fall to secure free dining next summer but sadly you're arriving just 3 days later. Too bad!

Hope you're able to find something to help you out.

Our dates are not set in stone. Is it free quick service at Pop?

I believe so. I'll know for sure next week when we're at Pop and I book my bounceback for 2017. :)

You may wish to check out this bounceback thread. You'll notice that Pop is not mentioned but history has proven that some values are also offered when you call x8844 from your resort room.

Has anyone booked the Free Dining bounceback offer since it came out last month? Were you able to get Pop?

I have a couple of questions about pizza at everything pop...

How big are the giant slices of pizza in relation to a whole large pizza?

And, are the whole pizzas ready to purchase and take, or is there a waiting period?

Trying to decide if it's better to buy two slices or a whole pizza while in a time crunch.

Thanks.

Yes, I booked two FD Pop bouncebacks last month cause I couldn't decide if I wanted to go in July or August. :)

The giant slices of pizza are I would say about the size of two slices of pizza together. The whole large pizza is the equivalent of your normal pizza place's large, like Domino's/Papa Johns. So, 8 pizza slices in a large I think. There is a waiting period for the whole pizza, it'll be baked. You'll get one of those buzzer things, and come back to the pickup when it goes off. Don't trust it though, ours didn't go off on two different orders. When we went to check it had been sitting there, the buzzer thing just wasn't working.

Sorry - I know I have seen this somewhere before -

There is a phone number for room requests - but is there one for medical room requests as well?
My husband has Tourette's and his new thing is no elevators - while I know there is stairs, it wouldn't be fun walking those everyday.

Thanks

I would recommend making note of it when you do your online check-in as well as by calling 407.938.4000 closer to your vacation.

My DD has a severe allergy to many detergents so requires hypoallergenic sheets and towels. I made note of that on our reservation and received a call from Pop yesterday advising that they have it noted on our room request and confirming that each day mousekeeping's information will show that sheets and towels need to be hypoallergenic.

They called me partly because the room location I noted on our online check-in conflicted with what was FAXed to them by touring plans so I can say with confidence that they do take into consideration all of these requests.

Hope this helps!
