What is a pescetarian?
We eat fish and seafood and a veggie based diet. also... CHEESE! lol. The kids eat meat sometimes, but we're serious seafood lovers and this will be our first trip as pesky pescatarians. ;) ::yes::

You're very welcome! Have you considered making a pre trip report? I hope the time flies by swiftly for you! :woohoo:
I have thought of doing a pre trip report but I just found out 2 weeks ago that the house I've been renting for 3 1/2 years is being sold and I have to move. Thankfully I was able to find a place but for the next month, my life will be about moving. Maybe after the move is over I'll get one started. Good thing my trip is already paid off. I'm going to be VERY ready for this trip in August!!! :-)

Good wishes for moving house! :goodvibes Yes, trip reporting can indeed wait, sounds like you've a lot to focus on currently. :-) Yay, for the trip being paid for! :hyper:

woohoo!!! I have 53 days to wait... it can't come soon enough! Wishes in the lounge is my most, very favorite thing in the world!
53 days!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo is right!!!! :-) I can't wait to watch wishes from the Poly lounge!!! I want to be there so very bad!!!:rainbow: I hope you have a WONDERFUL time!!!!!!::MickeyMo::MinnieMo

Thanks!! Poly is such a happy place for me... even with construction going on... I have such warm fuzzies when I think about sitting in the lounge, DD4 in her PJ's ... eating some treats as the music from Wishes starts... there's nothing that will top it!!!!

Sounds AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is the Lounge for adults only or are kids allowed? Oh it would be so neat to see it from a distance! The reason we've never watched it, is I try hard not to be in the way in the chair and never know where to be for events, parades, and stuff. Seeing it from farther away sounds great! :D

The lounge is in club level and for kids and adults staying there :-)

:offtopic: Hi! @LUVDisney1975 I'm from Oregon, up in WA now, we're neighbors! :wave2:
Hello neighbor!!!! That is so cool!!! :rainbow: Not only a West Coaster but a fellow (use to be) Oregonian!!! Yay!!! Washington is beautiful too!
Yippy Skippy!!! This is the best news! :thanks: !!! I have 439 days left and may die of excitement before we actually arrive!:hyper: :lmao:

It'll go by fast!!!! I started counting down this upcoming trip at 386 days and now it's only 3 months away. I'm so excited to stay at the Poly!! I'll for sure post pictures when I'm there. Are you going to be staying Club Level?

They're similar in size, but set up a bit differently. The standard hotel room will have two queen beds and a long daybed that can sleep another person, and one bathroom area with sinks, toilet, and bathtub/shower combo. The studio villa has one queen bed, one queen pullout sofa, a pulldown murphy bed for one person, a kitchenette area with microwave, sink, toaster, etc., and two bathroom areas, one with sink, toilet, and tub/shower, and the other with a sink and walk-in shower.

My 12 yr old DD and I can't wait to share our very own washroom (sans toilet) away from the 3 stinky males! Lol:lmao:

It's such a pretty view and a special experience. Normally we have had the kids in the lounge all crowding around the front of the window - sitting all together - it is super cute when that happens! Sometimes DD would sit in my lap and snuggle to watch and sometimes she wanted to sit with her "friends" - so cute!

I have a silly O'hana question... is it a good choice even for pescetarians? My daughter doesn't think so :( but we've never been, and I'm pretty curious about it. :-) We do eat shrimp and veggies and such. Thank you in advance! :flower3:

I'm curious about that too. DS 15 is a vegetarian so it seems a whole lotta $$ for ??? I heard there was once a chef who made spectacular dishes on the spot, nothing the same each time for such guests. But he's since gone. Currently, I think the chef will still make a dish, but should we make note of that in our reservations prior to the meal? ( There's no place to do it online, just for allergies). I know my son was so tired of being offered veggie burgers and pasta with tomato sauce at many of the restaurants we visited last year. And when we went to Teppan Edo, all they offered him was more of the noodle dish we were all eating with our steak/shrimp, with nothing to add to his meal. As for Ohana, we've never been, so it's all hearsay to me. (I've said it recently in another forum, but this vegetarian meal thing was our only sore spot with Disney.)
