Do you happen to know how much a case of water costs of you buy it at the resort? Interested in doing this.

I'm wondering the same thing. I've read posts here that said $6 and change and others that said it was something like $17/case. Big difference!

its more like $17 for a case of water in the gift shop that is why I want to order it and have it shipped. Almost $40 for 2 cases is insane! If it was closer to $10 I would do it but i'm not spending that much for water. We don't rent a car so shipping is our only option. I figured from staples I can order coffee mate too. 100 flavored creamers for $6.99.

If all you need is water and you are planning to rent a stroller through an outside company, many of the stroller company's have an option to add on a case of water with your stroller delivery. I am getting a case of water delivered with my stroller for $9.00 a case.

It cost us about $30 for a case of water and a 12-pack of beer, but I don't know how much was attributed to which item. Sorry!!

I believe prices dropped a year or 2 ago to around $6.50 per case

I will check next week. Still more than outside the world but cheaper than $17

I am now getting to the point where I start stressing that I might be forgetting to do or bring something
Resort, tickets, plane, car rental, ADRs, FP's are set. Our Universal part of the trip is set (2 days at Cabana Bay)
I worry most about forgetting to bring things like Magicbands, or some medication or something

Also need to stop the mail, stop by the police station to see if they can check on the house, bring the dog to her boarding, get the kids packed up, etc.

Need to switch to decaf for a few maybe...

We started the beginning of our journey on property last night! Once we checked in and got our APs and TiW activated we headed over to check out the Poly - so gorgeous! We swung my Trader Sam's at just after 8pm and there was a short wait. We picked up our buzzer and headed around to the pineapple lanai. No sooner had we placed our order than our buzzer went off. We decided to hang out on the lanai rather than head in so I brought the buzzer back to the desk. There was only one group left on the list. So if everyone's over 21 and wants to head to Trader Sam's I highly recommend checking it out around 8-8:30 super short waits even on a Friday night. PS the Spiky Pineapple is amazing!

I'm getting like this now. We are 18 days away.

I have a detailed packing list but I feel like I'll forget to print our boarding passes. Or forget our letter to get onto MDE. Or forget one of the kids birth certificates and they won't let me board the plane.

I'm just freaking at this point. I need to take a chill pill.

Do you have to bring birth certificates for the kids for the plane? I've never done that but we haven't flown in the past 15 months!

The last 2yrs we have flown I have never brought DS's birth certificate. Maybe they didn't need it because both DH and I went?

I bring it just in case. It's probably not needed but I was told to bring it when I flew and DD was 2. They didn't ask for it but I still bring it just in case.

Nine days and counting!!!! :yay: Now it the last minute stuff. My husband just informed me that he needs all brand new socks for the trip because you CAN'T go to disney with old socks!! Really?

I have only ever been told to have a birth certificate to prove the age of a child when you are not purchasing a seat. A lap infant has to be under two ( not sure if two and under), therefore you need the birth certificate to prove age.

Children under the age of 18 are not required to provide any ID. As Kenly777 stated it is only needed as proof of age for lap child. We have never traveled with birth certs for any of my my children and have never been asked.

Looks like 6:30AM-12PM then 5PM-8PM
I'm thinking the morning hours is when they serve the Shave Ice? But could you check when you get there if they serve it at both times? :-)

We leave Tuesday, Ft Lauderdale first for 10 days before wdw. I started packing yesterday and am disgusted with myself. Suitcase full, ugh. No room for suvies!! I need to unpack and TRY to weed out!! I always overpack, but can't seem to help it!!!

Just rechecked my car rental (Alamo) and it went down yesterday, yay!!

You'll love Universal. We went last year for 3 days pre WDW (Portofino). Orlando Informer web site has a huge amount of Universal info. On early opening morning we got to park about 30-45min early for Gringotts. Huge wait times for it! Have fun!!
