I asked my WP today if I could bring my own placecards for the table, she said yes, but their would be a $25 dollar fee. I was wondering if anyone here used Disney's cards. Pics and prices would be appriciated...I'm trying to decide which one would be more cost efficient.

Note: We only have 17 and 1 table (hence the reason I'm not too keen on paying $25 for 1.5 minutes of work!:rotfl: )

Thanks!!

I was never informed of a $25 fee for bringing my cards ???

Is this the same fee they say the charge if they have to set up more than three things on a table? If it is I guess that is why since there will be more than three place cards. Maybe they are counting them along with the favors and things?

I just won an auction for placecard holders...they look like tiny Cinderella Slippers they are so cute. The auction was for a lot of 144 of them and I know DD is only inviting 100 so if anyone is interested I will have at least 40 extra ( I am assuming she will want a few extra) let me know. I can see if I can get a pic on here of them if anyone is interested in them I don't have them yet but should in a few days:)

I'd double check that fee with her. The contract states there's a $35 fee for setting up more than 3 items per placesetting, and although I have heard of some WPs saying there'd be a fee for more than 2 items, I can't believe they'd charge you just to throw out some placecards....

On my original Floral BEO, it states $2.45 per placecard, so for 50 placecards it equaled $122.50. Mine were supposed to be Disney font with hot pink printing...nothing else on them. I don't know if there's a difference in cose for the color of the ink or font choice, but hopefully that'll give you an idea!

Needless to say... I've got both the Disney font and hot pink available to print from, so we're doing that ourselves!

The $25 you're seeing is a setup fee. It's listed as that on my Floral BEO, and I was kind of surprised it wasn't the $35 norm... :rolleyes1 Woot for saving $10!! It's definitely a flat fee for the 3 items you can have setup per place, but we have more than the placecards being setup. I don't remember them saying it applied to the placecards when we talked about items going on the tables.
