DD Taryn has a phone interview too ..... she is very excited but also very anxious ... bless her. Fingers crossed for all of you

The very best of luck ladies. My DD did one this time last year. Sadly she wasn't successful. If it's any help they focussed a lot on being away from home and coping with living with a large number of others in her interview. They also asked her what was good about our local area in England and things so it probably wouldn't hurt you to come up with a few interesting facts just in case. Sending![]()

Phew.....
Just had the phone interview
I know this sounds sad, but I quite enjoyed itIt felt just like an informal chat about what I'm studying, and more importantly why I applied for the ICP.
It helped that the lady who conducts the phone interviews is really nice!
They asked what sort of roles I was interested in which I was quite surprised about as if successful with the phone interviews, they tend to ask you this at the second face to face interviews. Anyhoo, luckily I was prepared - I said I wouldto be a character attendant as I love working with children, a park greeter, or anything on attractions. Basically, anything that would guarantee me lots and lots of guest interaction
They said I should hear either way about the phone interview around a week after the closing date for the applications which is Oct 25th. If successful, I'll go through to a face to face interview held with Disney recruiters who fly over in November. So I hope the next few weeks fly by.... I need to know
Just some advice for anybody who may have the phone interview coming up - there is really no need to worry, just be prepared to talk about why you've applied for the program, and most importantly, SMILE![]()
