Just got back yesterday from a week at Beach Club Villas, and had a great time. I took the Family Magic Tour ($21.25 pp with discount)....what a great time for all! It's a scavenger hunt through Magic Kingdom! I consider it a not to be missed event! The F&W was wonderful...I cooked with Ted Siegl from the Culinary Institute in NY, DH went to Wine Class 101-learned lots about different wines, went to two F&W parings...not impressed with the entrees, but all in all a good time! SAB was great! Sandy bottomed pool and the spas were great too! Saw the fireworks from Epcot from our balcony! Wish I was back there right now!

Wow, sounds like a great trip! I have a question on the Family Magic Tour. What characters were there at the end? I have it booked for our trip and I am nervous having two boys that we will end up with Princess Aurora! Just wondering who was on your tour. Thanks, Chris.

Peter Pan and Wendy are the only two characters who participate in the Disney Family Magic Tour....so relax, but make sure you join in the fun throughout the scavenger hunt! Let me know how you like it when you get back!

THe tour is AWESOME! We had Peter Pan and Wendy too on our tour however I have heard some people report to having Princess Aurora on the tour sometime, also some said that they have had only Wendy. When we booked the CM told me that the characters will vary.

thanks for the info. I am hoping for Peter and Wendy or even just Peter. it's the reports of just a princess that scare me. Close to $75 for a princes when I have 2 boys just makes me nervous. Oh well, it will get a big laugh if it is a princess. i am sure we'll have fun anyway. Crossing my fingers for Peter!! Thanks again, I'll post all about it when we get back. Chris.

Same situation for us. We are ONLY doing this tour in hopes that Peter Pan is at the end of it!!!! But if the kids don't know anything about the tour to begin with, they will be thrilled to meet any character. But DD8 would be thrilled to see Peter Pan.

Just how do you book a 'Family Magic Tour'? Do they post hours for it anywhere?

LOL - My DD has a huge crush on Peter Pan - and that is why I booked it and I was thrilled when we got Peter and Wendy at the end. The character interaction was great! I made sure not to tell her just incase though - I have seen though most of the reports on the tour that Peter and Wendy are the most seen so that helps in your odds of getting them on the tour. Good Luck!

The tour is only given once a day at 10 am , it lasts about 2 - 2 1/2 hours and is limited to 20 people - the character interaction near the end is great! You can book this by calling 407-939-8687. Make sure to ask about discounts - you can get a discount if you have an AP, own DVC, AAA and Disney Visa - we used Disney Visa and got 20%off on our tickets.

Have Fun! I think that the odds are in your favor to get Peter Pan since that is who most people seem to be reporting but just incase you do not make sure to ask at Guest Services where to find Peter in MK - Peter and Wendy have been doing lots of Meet and Greets near Pirates.
