I did mine through the regular Disney reservations line. Any number published as "front desk" is still going to be a call center.

Leaving Disneyworld right now (boo hoo) and I'd just like to say I REALLY recommend this resort!! We've stayed at the Wilderness Lodge the past 5 years so were very skeptical of staying at a different place. Needless to say we booked here for next year already! The staff was wonderful and housekeeping was great. No towel animals but no big deal.

Bus service, which was our biggest concern before we arrived, was awesome!! We made rope drop every morning without any issues with the exception of a Saturday morning magic kingdom day. However we were waiting at the el centro bus stop and realized the magic kingdom buses filled up before it got to us so we walked to another stop and got right on. I think this was just because Saturday's are super busy for magic kingdom especially rope drop. The rest of the week both morning and night....no issues or long waits for buses from el centro stop or from the parks. The only other long wait for a bus we had was at Grand Floridian. We were leaving there from having lunch to go to epcot. Took forever so it can happen anywhere.

Grounds are gorgeous!!!! Beautiful during a very early morning run with lights reflecting on the water! So peaceful and serene. The dig site pool and water slide were fantastic! Kids said it was the best disney slide they've ever been on (I can agree too)!

Staff and food/drinks were excellent at the business class lounge. I highly recommend that!!

Thanks for all of the help on this thread!!

We are here now at CSR and leaving in the morning. I thought i saw a thread where people posted unopened food and beverage items they had left over hoping to give them to a fellow Disser at the same resort so they didnt have to be thrown out. I have a couple of bottles of Bud Light that my DH isnt going to drink, any takers?

Glad you enjoyed your stay!! :thumbsup2

The Business Class location and lounge definitely add a little something extra that makes you feel like you're not at a Mod resort.

I'd take them, but we won't be there until Mid December. :)

We just checked out this morning from Casita 4, king bed room, non preferred. Loved it. We did have 3 buses that were issues, but for 9 nights, I don't consider that bad, although I was annoyed at the time. I did complain to the front desk staff, the manager, whose name I forget was standing there and took time to speak to me for about 20 minutes. He got me 3 extra fast passes for the next day at Magic Kingdom. We could ride anything we wanted at any time. We did not have a view, but that was ok with me because the curtains have to be closed when you are in your room for privacy anyway. We were right by the quiet pool and would go out there at night and have a few beers. We loved the resort, very pretty. I didn't have anyone smoking outside my room, but that would annoy me for sure and I would say something to the person and to management for sure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend it.

Sorry if this has been answered but I did a search and could not find the shipping address also which was is the best to ship, USPS, UPS or Fed Ex Ground? Thanks!!

One week from today we will be there!!!! I can't wait!!!

Do people decorate their doors/windows at CSR BC? We were shopping yesterday and found Mickey and Tinkerbell Halloween themed window clings, Mickey Halloween wall art (that dd wants to put on the outside of our door) and Mickey Mouse head Halloween lights to hang in the window. DD wants to decorate but if that isn't done in the BC area then we won't pack them. Thanks!

We didn't decorate our windows but saw a couple in the BC area. Didn't really venture to other areas so not sure if other sections do more. BC isn't a huge deal other than the lounge, so I'd say go for it! Also, mousekeeping decorated our windows with the kids' stuffed animals a couple of times and we saw that in a few windows. (Curtains were looped together, and then animals were strategically placed--so cute!)

Anyone have pictures of the new Bc lounge evening offerings?I heard they added somethings. If not for those going in the next 2 weeks please take pictures for us.We have 44 days also.See you guys in the lounge!

Didn't take pictures but here's a (probably incomplete) list of stuff the BC lounge offered in the morning:

Breakfast:
Coffee with flavored syrups
Espresso/cappucino machine
Fruit salad, 2 types (berries and then melon/pineapple, both always out)
Mango yogurt (homemade in bowl for scooping)
Granola (has nuts)
Danishes/muffins/cinnamon rolls (alternate days)
Bagels
Bread for toast
Cream cheese, butter, jam, etc., all single packets/servings
Single serve cereal boxes, about 4 types
Packaged yogurt
Whole fruit (apples, bananas, oranges)
Orange juice in carafe
Water in dispenser
Milk in little cartons
You can request bottles of chocolate milk (Nesquick) and apple juice. This was handy for taking to go.

They have coffee cups with lids to take with you. I also used them to take fruit salad back to the room. Other than that, they only have little plates/bowls but saw plenty of people taking food up to their rooms.

Awesome!!! Dd will be SO happy!!!!

Now since we are only taking carry-ons, what needs to come out of DH's bag so the Mickey lights fit??? lol

Our trip is in 55 days!

I did online check in last week, staying in a preferred king room, but Casitas wasn't an option when doing our requests (the other two were). Should I call to confirm they know we are in a preferred king?

Stayed here for the first time in August and heading back in March for a quick anniversary trip! Just DH and I for 4 nights:love:

Hello,

We're staying at CSR in December and have a Preferred Room booked. We are rope droppers. Does anyone know if the bus stops near the preferred rooms pick up first? I want to avoid missing bus pick ups because they are filled up. Thanks.

On one of the very first posts in this thread, they said there are 4 bus stops. Preferred Rooms, I believe, are bus stop 1, in Coronado Springs going to Magic Kingdom.
