Can someone please tell me exactly what is included with Business Class? My choices for an 8 night reservation with Free Dining in November are Standard or Standard Business Class. BC is $450 more than Standard over 8 nights. I'm trying to decide if it's worth it. Thanks.

The biggest thing is the prime room location. Rooms are basically the same. The BC rooms have a BluRay player and some slightly different decor.

Access to the lounge includes breakfast from 7am-10am. No hot food. Cereal, yogurt, bagels, cinamon rolls, toast, fruit, juice, milk, coffee, etc.

5pm-10pm there is beer (3-4 kinds), wine, canned soda, juice, snacks. Snacks are chips, peanuts, pretzels, veggies and some dips.

The big thing is do you want to pay for the room location?

Need some help! We're booked at CSR in November, and I've since read a TON of bad reviews about this resort on Trip Advisor. Many of the complaints have to do with dirty rooms. Some complaints are silly in that the vacationer could have just gone to reception to get more towels, etc. Some complaints have to do with Magic Bands. My HUGE concern is about the cleanliness of the rooms. (We're only staying at this resort because it's only one of two moderate resorts on the free dining promotion. We've stayed at PO Riverside, cabins at Ft. Wilderness, and off property in the past.) Any comforting words? Opinions?

We stayed for 9 days in December; first time at CSR, and we adored it. Gorgeous resort, rooms were clean, we actually liked Pepper Market a lot (that was one of my worries, as I'd read lots of awful things) and ate there for breakfast most mornings. Our magic bands worked fine, but we found it was much easier to get into the resort (we rented a car) by taking it off to hit the mickey symbol, otherwise you had to be a contortionist to hit the parking arm signal. Had no trouble getting into the rooms or paying with the magic bands. We were surprised, as they were still technically in the testing stages.

I'm thinking about going back this Fall again, and if I do I'd like to stay at CSR again, it will depend on if they give us any sort of discount.

I was going to book Preferred but that's not available for my dates, at least not with free dining. BC location is great but I think maybe keeping that $450 in my pocket might be better. I'll have to think it over. I booked Standard just to make sure I have something before FD opens to everyone tomorrow. Thanks for your reply.

This will be our first stay at CSR, actually first stay onsite! We booked Standard View BC and read somewhere that the beds have upgraded mattresses. Any noticeable difference between the standards beds and the BC beds? If so, will definitely be a bonus for my back!

I've booked standard room (prefer being closer to parking lot) and requested to be on top floor so no noisy folks above (although didn't realize CSR has four floors). Do we need to request a particular building? Is that a must or just to be more convenient to food court? We usually drive ourselves to the parks each day since we don't like to wait for buses.

All the mattresses at CSR are really good. Lots of people comment that the CSR beds are more comfortable than the Deluxe resorts. I can't honestly say I remember noticing a difference between BC and the other rooms, but both were good.

Are they different than the other mods?

Yes, I believe so. When they did the refurb on the beds a few years back they must have splurged on the matresses, because alot of people have commented on them. Some comparing them to the special ones at Swan and Dolphin.

How do I request a certain building? I'm used to faxing POR. Should I have told them when I made the reservation?

If so since I already made it can I call and add the request? Or do I just request at check on?

It's best to call and add your room requests to your reservation. You can do that anytime from the day you book, up until 4-5 days prior to your arrival as they assign rooms 2-3 days out.

I faxed a letter a couple of days before we arrived with specific requests. We did request 4th floor so there would be no one above us. Worked out well for quiet, but it took us a couple of days to figure out where the nearest elevator was. It's a large resort, and it took us a couple of days to figure out all the courtyards, LOL!

Can't wait to try this resort! I'm another switcher from POR and booked a standard room with FD for Christmas. The pool looks amazing and I love the decor of the rooms.

First time staying at CSR...How long of a walk from Casitas to the main Pool at CSR.
We are booked in a preferred room right now?

We actually enjoy walking...I was just wondering?:goodvibes

Thanks,
Michelle

Super excited! Just got off the phone with WDW after being on hold for 2 hours and 20 minutes! I had a package at CSR business class reserved but wanted to add free dining and it didn't look like there was any availability. The agent didn't think it would be available either but she was able to add free dining to my existing reservation! Can't wait for our first stay at CSR!
