I just noticed pop warner is available on the weekend I am coming. I am staying business class, will we notice anything? Nervous, since this whole trip is to get away from chaos of a subway being built on my doorstep and a bad summer.

Booked CSR for Dec 2017 and now I'm getting concerned about POP Warner. I'm hoping though that based on what I could find...we might be missing it. Plan on arriving on Sat the 9th Dec 2017- from what I can tell that might be the week after the event? Any insight would be helpful

Now I'm nervous, I booked CSR fro 12/8/17-12/22/17. I just went to the Pop Warner site and pulled up 2017 and don't see anything yet, only 2016 dates.

I wouldn't be worried for two reasons.

1. They will be checking out on the 10th.

2. The vast majority of them will be at All Star Sports.

We have been at CBR twice when it was the only Moderate spill over and you had to look very hard to find any Pop kids. And we only noticed them when they were in uniform. Other than that we wouldn't have known they were there.

Also, we've been at Sports during Pop week. Although we could tell they were there by the sheer number of them in uniform, they never bothered us in the least.

Thanks for the info. Just was concerned about buses, food lines etc. I found somewhere too that stated its the first full well in December so, I'm pretty comfortable that we will miss them.

Glad I could help. You can always figure out exactly when Pop Warner week starts, they always check in on the Saturday after Thanksgiving weekend.

The Business Class building is 9B. We'll be checking in Wednesday. Have fun!

It's on the main floor on the side facing the Digsite. About the middle of the building, maybe slightly closer to the lobby side of the building.

Of course we will be at the parks for the majority of our stay, but I was wondering what we can do around the resort (or not) on our arrival day (Friday after Thanksgiving). We have never stayed at a moderate...he's never stayed at Disney at all. Also are the restaurants good?

CSR is a stunningly beautiful resort at night. A simple walk around the resort or finding a nice bench to sit on and enjoy the scenery can be very nice. There is an outdoor lounge outside the main building right on the lagoon. This is a great place to get a drink and enjoy the scenery. If you would rather be indoors they have a fantastic night club style lounge inside to grab a drink (Rix Lounge).

The Maya Grill restaurant is a hidden gem at WDW. This is a great place to eat with great service. You can see fireworks off in the distance from EPCOT and DHS at night as well from around the lagoon.

You refill it yourself at Siestas Cantina. They usually have two urns out ready to go.

No more ticket stamps. Same set up as other food courts. Get your food and pay.

The ticket stamping has been gone for a couple of years.
Pepper Market has lots of choices. All areas have a separate line. Salads/sandwiches, Pizza bar, Pasta bar, mexican bar.,Burgers/chicken/crab cakes and desert bar. Then pay. They have a large seating area. You can also take the food and sit outside over looking the lake. Breakfast options are plentiful as well.
