Can i book two rooms. One for my hubby and I and two kids. One for my adult (18) sister and her friend? I would want connecting rooms the most, but at 18, they are able to be in their own room right? Trying to avoid the extra adult fee!

Yes, they can be in their own rooms. But keep in mind connecting rooms are a request only. Make that your only request to up your odds of getting them.

We are back at CSR for our summer trip this year, 6/28-7/15 !!! And the kids are super excited because CSR was our very first onsite stay so it brings back lots of good memories of that first trip!

Can anyone please tell me if the scooped ice cream at Pepper Market is classed as a dessert in a QS meal? And if you don't have it as part of a QS meal, is it classed as a snack on the dining plan if you have it on its own? Thank you!

Has anyone ever stayed Business Club Level? And is it worth it? The price per night isn't that much more than a preferred?

We loved it last year and will be staying there again this year. It's very close to the main pool and el centro. What we loved the most though, for our family, was the quick easy breakfast and coffee in the lounge and the snacks and wine/beer/sangria in the evening. The staff there was super nice and very helpful. The lounge was never crowded every day that we went last year.

Hi all, just back from a wonderful stay at CSR. We were there from the 1st - 8th so a few days before Easter, Easter weekend and a few days after. Honestly, the last two days seemed more crowded than before and during the weekend. Anyway....

We did online check in and received a text the room was ready as soon as we landed. When we got off MDE we were greeted and asked if we had our room number, given a map and a button for DD's b-day and went on our way. We requested Cabanas to be close to El Centro and the main pool. We got Casista's. This was fine too. It was very close to El Centro and not really far from the pool. The room was nice (we've stayed here before). No complaints. There was always plenty of towels. The first day there DH thought I closed/locked the safe and I thought he did so it was wide open the entire day. Nothing was touched. We enjoyed the main pool, very crowded but it was fun. We ate at pepper market for breakfast and lunch and DH had some late night pizza it was fine. Nothing special but typical fast food. We also ate at Las Ventanas one night and that was good. We tried to get a reservation at Maya Grill but it was booked, oddly enough it was half empty when we passed it but... whatever. Buses were fine. Only once or twice did we wait longer than 10 minutes for a bus. In Casistas we could have used bus stop 1 at El Centro or bus stop 2, Casistas. We found 1 to be a little closer. My only complaint was there was no cell service in the room. It says free wifi but we couldn't even get bars on our phones to make a call no less use it for anything else. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again for sure.

Thought I'd help get Coronado back to the front page! Definitely set for post Christmas-New Years stay. Very excited to stay here again. Hoping to get Casitas again but if not hoping for Cabanas. If we have a standard view room, which buildings do we request for Cabanas? I'd like to have an idea before I put in a request. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Just got back from our first stay at CSR. It was better than I had anticipated! What a beautiful resort! Stayed in Ranchos 6B, 3rd floor, corner room, right next to the quiet pool, laundry room and extremely close to the Dig Site. If I hadn't seen our neighbors, I wouldn't have believed that anyone else was staying in our building--it was that quiet. The walk to El Centro was not long at all. Took tons of pictures of the lush landscaping. Bus service was great with the exception of the Downtown Disney bus. Housekeeping was awesome.

Overall, it was a great stay, a wonderful respite from the parks. If you're looking for over the top Disney theming this is not the place to book. Disney hospitality is there, though! We will definitely be back!

We're staying there in May.
We stayed at POP last year and wanted something quieter this year..

Just returned from CSR. This was our third stay and I too have never seen it so crowded. A few nights they were at 100% occupancy.

Laundry update
New front load washers and dryers are in the cabanas. I'm not sure of the other sections. Price is now 2.50 a load. Washers have a timer with count down and was 35 minutes cycle. The dryer was 60 minutes. 2 machines of each take coins. The rest take credit card.

Pepper Mill
What a mess! It has been a different format each visit. Lines were 15-20 people deep for ordering at each station. Sad to see the pasta station was gone. They did have some kind of pasta in a pan but it looked dry and old. I did learn and have not seen on here that Pepper Mill and San Angel in Epcot are the only 2 restaurants on property that are not Disney run and owned. That explains why it is constantly changing format and menus.

BC Lounge
Breakfast offerings haven't changed.
Evenings offering are dips, chips, long strips of cheese/ham/salami. Antipasta salad and focaccia bread. At 7 they take the meats and antipasta away and replace with large cookies. The chips and dips stay. They also had bunny rice krispy pops a few nights. No more nuts/veggies/crackers/choc pretzels. The CMS were friendly and attentive.

Actually this is incorrect. There are quite a few restaurants on property that are not Disney owned. Its no secret that Pepper Market is 3rd party owned.

I did not know this until a few years ago when I asked our waitress at Pepper Market what time they were closing that day for lunch and she responded "We close at 2 PM. We've been here all day. We want to go home". I knew right then. No Disney employee would be allowed to answer that way. But the chefs were great!

Never knew this till now but I don't think any non Disney employee would be allowed to answer that way either had a supervisor known I'm sure they would have had a nice chat

The Pepper Market is operated by the same company that runs all the Epcot Mexican restaurants.

Just subscribing to this thread. Only about 5 months until our vacation and waiting for that FD promotion to pop up!!

I've seen 2 rats since I've been here. But both times were near our room, so maybe it was the same one both times.

We just got back from CSR and saw two rats - one by quiet pool by Casitas 4 in daylight and one running across the steps to Casitas 5 at night. We reported both to the front desk and were told they would notify pest control. I have stayed at many Disney resorts over the years and have seen all kind of wildlife, but this is the first time I have seen rats at a resort.

I just want to rave about this resort so here goes!

I've seen from Trip Advisor and other reviews that a lot of people aren't keen with Coronado Springs. I stayed here on my last holiday in October 14 and it's my favourite resort so far! It's absolutely beautiful and tranquil, it's the price of a moderate but with Deluxe features and facilities. Apparently people worry about the 'vast size' of it and how there is lots of walking, however I stayed at the Ranchos, the area farthest away', and it only took 7-10 (depending how much energy I had) minutes to walk to the lobby. There were also no meetings held when we went and I think there are very few all year plus you can find this out ahead of time.

Finally the best part was the location! I wouldn't class it as AK area, it was literally close to everything. 2 mins to AK, 5 to Epcot & HW and around 7 to MK! Amazing!

If I hadn't joined the DVC last time I went, I would definitely stay here every time but it costs too many dvc points to stay here! Really can't rave about it anymore than this! You will love it! :)
