We just returned from our Christmas trip (19-26) and just wanted to give a small review.
We had a MK Tower room on the 11th floor. The room itself was really nice, very spacious. I liked all the shelving around the tv, it was handy for our Christmas decorations.
Storage: It was only myself and DS, so the storage was fine. However, the drawer space would have been an issue if there were more of us. The big end of the toilet room was very handy to storing our suitcases.
Bathroom: Looks lovely, but very un-user friendly. No where to put clothes when taking a shower or changing. The sinks don't really ever drain. And if you lean over to look into the mirror, you better make sure that your shirt doesn't touch the sink because it will end up right in the middle of all the un-drained water.
Mousekeeping: For the most part it was fine. No towel animals or anything special done with my son's toys (which wasn't expected, but would have been nice.) One day we had an issue...they made the beds, took the dirty towels/washclothes, but they didn't leave any toiletries or washclothes. I called down to housekeeping, requesting washclothes, shampoo and shower gel. They brought up washclothes, shampoo and conditioner...no shower gel. This also happened to be the day that I didn't leave a tip (no cash)...could have been a coincidence, but this never happened on the days I did leave a tip.
Transportation: Monorail...what a convenience! Buses were good, too. I was worried about the DTD bus because it normally takes forever, but it worked very well.
Food: I was worried with being on the DP but there only being the Temp Grab and Go. However, their pizza's were really good. The pre-made salads (I had both the chicken ceasar and Cobb) were very good as well...and huge! We ordered room service for breakfast twice...the first time, the CM brought it in, laid everything out on the table, brought a newspaper, and set the tray off to the side. The second time, the CM put the tray on the table (no paper) and left.
View: Wonderful! It was especially nice to be able to watch the fireworks every night and the water parade.

Here's the fog we woke up to one morning, it's essentially the same angle as the first pic above:
