Kinda getting concerned that my Tower Magic Kingdom view room will not be available on Sept 30

I'm not worried -I think Disney will have them ready!

I bet most floors done, just not all of them. My arrival day as well . They got poly mostly done in time. Fingers are crossed it gets done soon!

I noticed Disney tweaked the 2023 CR pool refurb language on their website a bit. Currently says:

From January 9, 2023 through early April 2023, the Feature Pool and whirlpool spas will be closed for refurbishment. The water play area and Bay Lake Pool will remain open for your enjoyment. You may see and hear construction noise while this refurbishment is underway, but you should not hear noise from Guest rooms between dusk and 9:00 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Doing a 2 park stay and checking in CR TPV as our second resort on 9/30 too!

My family is looking at a possible split stay in Jan/Feb. Currently, we have a Club Level Tower room booked at CSR for Jan 27-31. We are looking to book our final nights, Jan 31-Feb 4, at a Deluxe property. I understand that the Tower rooms are currently being refurbished. I know that there is currently no time table set for the Garden Wing rooms, just that they will be done at some point. I'm thinking of booking a Garden Wing room for our final nights, with the off chance that they may be undergoing refurbishment at that time. If they are under construction, would we be moved to the Tower or possibly a different resort?

Got a call back from guest services yesterday after I emailed asking about the refurbishments. They said they are hoping renovations are done by the 24th but of course no guarantee.
We are arriving the 23rd to the garden wings... thinking we will switch to the Poly and just visit the CR another time.

A CM mentioned they were potentially moving back to S71 at the last week of Sept. just a rumor but we’ll see!

I would not assume at a minimum that you would be offered a room in the CR Tower but a comparable room at a MK area resort.

The CR Tower may not be offered due to availability. You might be offered the same category of room you booked at the Poly or the GF if the Garden wing room your have a reservation for is unavailable.

I’m not even sure the GW is bookable over the winter. I feel like I remember playing around with dates and after the early fall, they took the GW rooms offline.

Once the rehab in the tower is completed, then the rooms in the garden wing will be updated with the new Incredibles theming.

I was not super excited about the room, doing a split stay with GF, and this was the only Contemporary room I could get without breaking an arm and a leg at the time. I wouldn't mind getting bumped somewhere else either Atrium or anywhere MK area if there were construction going on...

Love WL, we have a large party though. 4 adults, 2 kids (3 & Infant) so we need the 5th sleeper. Alas, no WL unless we got SUPER lucky with a category upgrade.
