Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread


Tonight we had Ratatouille with polenta, shredded chicken & bao buns, quinoa salad, Waldorf salad, the typical charcuterie offerings. Desserts were strawberry cheesecake on a white chocolate “crust” key lime pie, cookies, & coconut macaroons.

I was excited to see Kristen from Wright Doen Main Street in the lounge tonight.

It must be. Anytime I call or have contact with CMs, the email is correct. After our May trip I booked bouncebacks for later in the year. I just got emails about them today, plus 1 for our GF stay next week. Get plenty from Disney store & DVC. I’ve always done all the after vacation surveys over the years, which I haven’t gotten in years either. I’ve never even write any complaints. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s weird.

I'm the primary planner and contact and my email communications with the Walt Disney Company are also hit or miss. I never get AP emails or anything like that. The only consistent thing I get is DVC marketing 🤣

I tried SO many times to update preferences, speak with the AP help desk, speak with WDW internet help desk, etc and nothing fixes it.

My Disney account was so messed up that they had to "rebuild" it in 2017 because I had "too much information" and it wiped the whole thing when I was checking into a resort and all the FP+, ADRs, tickets, etc disappeared and I was freaking out. I had hoped that would fix it after it was restored, but still nothing o_O

No advice on how to correct it, just reassurance you aren't the only Disney lover that's missing Mickey (e)mail.

Sorry about your account too. I read several reports about those things happening before 2020. I actually half expected that to happen to me too. Same like you. Everything is to my account, multiple vacations a year, often split stays, ADRs every day, FPs, tours etc. I haven’t heard anything about that the last 5 years. Hopefully they got that issue fixed.

You're right, I haven't heard about rebuilding accounts at all in recent years. I guess Disney realized some guests visit more than the "once in a lifetime trip" and needed larger profiles 🙈
