No not likely do to the sheer number of CL guests in the Hawaii building. You best bet would be to call or email with Disney Signature Services (DSS) at least 10 days before your arrival.

Call 1-407-939-7777 or email - disney.signature.services@disneyworld.com
They are available seven days a week from 9 to 5 Eastern Time. Make sure to include your reservation number in an email communications.

Note: The DSS team is located in a Call Center and not at the individual resort(s).

That is correct.

So if you’re on the fourth floor and look up, the top hallway/floor you can see is the 12th floor / Atrium Club level. The Tower Club floor is on top of that but totally self contained and not open to below. Hope that makes sense.

makes total sense. I just wanted confirmation that I was not remembering incorrectly what I had read in the past.

Got a call from YC CL this afternoon for our stay next week. Really nice CM, of course I forgot his name already. Asked about our arrival time, food allergies or if we had any questions. I hadn’t put in a room request before, but asked if possible to be in one of the hallways closer to the lounge. We’re getting too old for that trek to the end rooms, lol.

Just had my call from Joe at the Innkeepers Club at the Boardwalk! This when I know my trip is getting close. I am really looking forward to this trip. Is is shorter than we normally take, only 6 days, but that is okay. Arrive Monday about noon time and can’t wait to see my Boardwalk family!

They usually call 5 days before your trip. Looking forward to meeting you.

I have been a bad dis’er and not posting pics while here! But o well having too much fun with my mom. Breakfast is a hit in my book. Meats will rotate. Pork links, chicken sausage or ham. I surprised myself and liked the chicken sausage. Then for hot is rotates between cinnamon roll, crepes or silver dollar pancakes. You have the normal yogurts, oatmeal and breads.

Thank you so much. We miss her, but we know it was her time. My dad passed in 2015, she was missing him terribly & more every day.
