Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

I want to thank everyone who gave advice regarding Poly CL. We just got back from our 4 night stay celebrating my sister’s birthday (which was yesterday). I had ordered a cake to be delivered (done without a hitch) from Disney Dining (made at GF). I knew the chocolate would make me thirsty for milk, and the staff I the lounge fixed up a carafe for me to take back to the room. It hit the spot. I never would have thought about asking for some if y’all had not said to tell them what you need. Thanks again. It was such a great stay!

Cr atrium : 48 is on end towards convention center and over chef mickeys. Noise ok for us, we early risers.

If you want to lay in bed and see castle ask for an ODD numbered room , MKV side. That’s a MUST for dd lol.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding but I stayed CR atrium club in room 4848 and it was the last room on the Magic Kingdom end away from Chef Mickey’s.

Yeah, 4848 is on the MK end, 4825 is on the Chef Mickey's end.

Thank you! I was browsing last week for a future stay and the only Epcot area club rooms available were BC-SV and BWI-SV. For some reason, I thought BC may have a shared balcony in the standard view. Since no one replied I went ahead and booked BWI even though I'm not a huge fan of the clown.

OMG the clown is a big nothing. What you have booked is, by far, the finest Club Level experience in WDW. We are here now and, as usual, the staff is over the top in its attentiveness to everything to make your stay perfect. And Redgie.... the wonderful chef in the lounge nightly.... another part of the Club Level experience at BWI which will make your stay memorable. I have tried other CLs ... all good even great.... but its the staff at Boardwalk that makes the place!!

We will be staying at the YC Club Level. Is there really any benefit to doing on-line check in ? In the past, when arriving, someone would escort us to the Club Level desks upstairs. Does any one know if this is still the case ?

I do online check-in but mainly just to get the payment/credit card on file. And so I don’t have to be reminded of the balance due when I check in.

In my experience over a few stays in the last year, we have not been greeted upon arrival. Instead, I look for a manager or ipad CM type around and tell them we’re checking in CL, or go to the regular check-in desk and say the same thing - they usually will then escort us up to the 5th floor and pass us off to a CL CM to go through check-in.

With the exception of our last visit where they did work, our MagicBands have never worked to get access to the 5th floor upon arrival even after doing online check-in - so finding someone to escort you up from the main lobby is effectively a necessity, in my experience.

We even had the Magical Express all to ourselves since it was so early. This is the first resort in a few trips where no one was at the entrance greeting people but it was very early. We are so excited!

Wow, is all I can say!! I never hear of anyone being upgraded to Tonga!! We just got home from the Poly CL and love the CMs in the lounge!

Fantastic -- enjoy!!! And when you come back, if you get a chance, please do post photos of your room! We actually had one of those rooms booked for our upcoming Christmas trip but ended up switching to GF because I couldn't find enough photos to be sure the room would work for our traveling party, so I'm very curious to see them.

Hi Trish! We sure did have fun at the Poly this week, and as I told one of the CMs, the Poly is dangerously close to becoming my favorite resort!
I just felt like the level of care and service was above and beyond.
We liked having the salad bar during the lunch/afternoon, as we tended to come back to the room before the bad heat set in. There was only one night when the lounge was crazy crowded during the evening offerings.
I thought the crowd levels in the morning were very doable, especially with the EMH at MK. (meaning crowds at the park, not in the lounge)

Oh that’s great! I love gf and poly for different reasons.

I really enjoyed midday at poly too! I prefer a good midday vs 5-7p. I am always at the resort lunchtime and it’s not always convenient to be there in the evening. Gf has soup and poly salad so those for me my best at this time.
