Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

That dd of mine, 1st I was going 8/31-9/2 with dh to poly lv cl. She invited herself,

Then was sad no time for mnsshp at oct trip so I added 8/30. Then says well I can arrive 8/29 why aren’t we going then?

These rooms are not cheap little girl! So I dropped cruella Halloween hide away party and will sit with poly punch before mnsshp instead.

I was able to get 35% off and get book fp’s Tomorrow. With no Disney discounts yet released for end of August-Fall , the people waiting will not have their fp’s booked at 60 days.

That sucks imo.

Anybody at poly cl lately? Dd looking forward to the pineapple with Carmel sauce that’s usually out with appies.

Anything new or different?

I’m hoping the 7/4th people send me pix. Last year was awesome. This year I’m hosting MIL 80th Bday at my house. It will be a fun time with local fireworks literally 1 block away at the local park. Howewere it’s not DISNEY!

Tweaking my fp plans...... hope some FOP left.....

That's so funny!! I hope my kids will always want to go to Disney with me. Though my newly 12yo has been telling me for a while that when he's an adult I can take his whole family to Disney every year! Thanks kid. He also told me I could babysit everyday because that's what grandmas like to do

I'm trying to narrow down our room request for our AKL cl stay while I stalk for the SWGE AP preview! Seems construction has moved to the Zebra trail, what I had originally wanted. Am I correct that all CL rooms face the Arusha Savannah? Looks like construction is currently near the pool area, but facing the Uzima savannah so we wouldn't be affected regardless if all CL rooms face the Arusha savannah. The help here has just been amazing. It's been a long time since we tried a resort we've never stayed in. I'm usually not so clueless!

I have also not stayed at AKL yet, but I'm pretty sure all the CL rooms face Arusha Savannah.
I was also thinking of requesting Zebra trail to be closer to the pool. But now I think I'm just going to take the luck of the draw. We are only there 2 nights before we move to Poly CL. I know it will be amazing no matter where we end up!

Does anyone know if beach club club level still has individual shampoos? If they switched to the mass bottles in the shower I want to bring my own. Last club level was Animal Kingdom in January and they still had the individual items.

This thread is one of the major reasons we decided to go CL for the first time ever at the Poly for the 4th of July. Arriving this Wednesday for a 10 day stay for our 10th wedding anniversary! Thanks to all for the great information sharing and pictures! I am so excited it is difficult to focus on anything else!!

Has anyone added CL to their regular room reservation at WL upon arrival lately? We have a non CL reservation in September because we are traveling with family who prefer the dining plan...ugh. Since it is a family trip and we want the kids to spend time with grandparents, we opted to forgo CL. However, we just made a 2 night addition to the trip which will require us to have a new reservation and we'd like to add CL when we check in. Not sure if this is a gamble since we've never done it this way!

BC CL had individual shampoos in April. I just checked out of regular YC and it also had individual shampoos.

I talk about dd’s favorite, POGmosa. She takes the sparkling wine and adds the pog juice. Yum!

I wasn’t sure if you saw us mention that. The “special” punch out after 5p is sweet and yummy too.

They will give you beverages during the day to take out to the pool, just let them know when you request it, they’ll put in plastic.

Made it just in time to catch a quick breakfast in the Poly lounge this morning. All the usual stuff - some meats (like ham) and cheese, oatmeal, little yogurts, cereal, croissants, cinnamon buns, mini chocolate chip muffins, bagels and bread, fruit (apples, bananas, oranges, melon, pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, etc), milk and juice, etc.

Room isn’t ready yet but the CM said it looks like we have the same room we had last year ( which was a beautiful Oasis pool view), so yay!

A little lunch from afternoon refreshments: chicken with rice noodles and peanut sauce, plus some wonton and potato chips.

There are various other sauces, veggies, etc. as well. Mandarin oranges, jars with nuts and dried fruit. Goldfish and gummies. Cookies.

Plenty for us to make a light lunch out of today.

ACCOLADES to the DSS CMs!!! Today is the 90 day fast pass scheduling and it went as well as had in the past. While club level at BWI (or ANY WDW hotel) is great, having someone schedule your FPs and CL fast passes is so.... luxurious !!! This Grandma- granddaughter trip is one we always look forward to; when I asked my granddaughter when she will be too old to go with me to WDW she gave me the right answer...."NEVER!!!"

Hi, we’re here also we are going out now, tonight is our last night we leave in the morning, we had another awesome week at HR and only have 2 nights here, have fun!!!
