Who gets that email?
Guest Services.
Who gets that email?
Please take a minute and send an email with details (name if you remember, which ipo, date and time of call) to wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com!
I am so tired of hearing and experiencing lazy CM's. You would think in order to work IPO or CL they would have to have proofed themselves to be pretty stellar :/ does not seem like this lately.
My IPO is at the GF (although we are staying at the CR) and lately every call I made took at least 7 minutes of being on hold for someone. Never had to hold this long in previous visits... And then it's like Russian Roulette( with all chambers but one filled) getting someone "decent"...
They advertise the IPO as a service CL guests can utilize... They need to go back to treating guests right instead of making them feel like a burden. (Luckily there is still a few amazing CM's as well - just have to find them, ask for their name and figure out their work schedule )
I am really curious about how other people use the Itinerary Planning Service. How much do you rely on the IPS?
Do you let them make all your ADR's or just the hard to get reservations?
Are they able to get the hard to book reservations like CRT or BOG?
I love making all of our ADR's and have only used them for booking tours, babysitting and Wishes Dessert Party in the past. Just curious what others do.
I'll do that today!
Apologies if this has been asked before. We are leaving next weekend for a 1 week stay at the Poly Club Level. My youngest of 3 is almost 2. She is immunosuppressed as she had a heart transplant at 6 days old. We were advised not to have her eat food from a buffet due to increased risk of germs and food poisoning. We are bringing food for her and she is very tiny and does not eat much. My question is - would a CM bring her out a dish of something straight from the kitchen if she really wanted something in particular? We try to treat her as normally as possible and I would love for her to enjoy something her siblings are having if she gets super excited over it. Thank you!
I would email Poly IPO. I sent an email about my gsd's food allergies and received a wonderful one back in which they told me I would have an opportunity to speak worth the chef about the evening offerings and for breakfast I could order her meal from room service, to be charged to club level to make sure it was safe.Apologies if this has been asked before. Was the WL CL lounge still in the hallway when you were there, or was it in the VP suite? We did stay CL at the WL a few weeks ago. There was no comparison to SL. I do realize that it is cheaper. It was not bad at all. All of the cast members were amazing at the WL. They went above and beyond to help us with any needs we had during our stay.
Hello AllThanks for posting and glad you had a nice trip! The CL CM's seem to be hit or miss at every CL, which is really unfortunate. We've stayed at both BC and Poly CL's often enough that we know which CM's to avoid because they won't help us, sadly.
We will be having our first RPC trip in March. Over on the GF thread, there is current talk about the hot apps. Did you happen to take any pictures or have any comments about the quality? Thanks so much!
Hello All
We will be going to WDW this Christmas pre and post our DCL trip. We will stay BC CL pre and Poly CL post (TPV). This will be our first time doing CL and I'm very excited.I'm hoping the CMs are nice as I wouldn't know who to avoid. What a shame.
Quick question. With the TPV at Poly should I still ask for the 3rd floor for best view and a balcony? Which side is TPV, is it only the side facing the lake? I've tried looking for pictures of Hawaii post DVC construction. Can anyone post a picture of what it looks like now? TIA
That sounds like an awesome trip! Yes, Poly CL TPV rooms are only on the side facing the lake and are located on the second and third floors. Not all of the second and third floor rooms are TPV, a couple have a tree or something that make them LV. I am under the impression all (or most?) of the first floor rooms are now LV since the Bungalows have been built, but someone please correct me if I'm wrong here. If you want a balcony, definitely request the third floor - no balconies on the second floor. FWIW, when I have stayed Poly CL TPV my rooms requests are third floor (first priority) and close to the lounge (second priority). I wouldn't cry in my Cheerios about not being close to the lounge but I do love me some balcony!
We are going on our 4th day here at RPC. As far as cutbacks, we are not noticing many. No welcome gift, of course. We still have nightly turndown with chocolates and a little good night card:

Also, there is still champagne at night....and water bottles are given out whenever requested. Then after 10 pm, water bottles are placed in the little refrigerators with the pop.
Texting service for FP's has been great. The first couple days we weren't having any luck. But the last 2 days have been great -- I guess what has been so helpful is when we're in one park and want a FP for a different park and they secure that for us.
The food at night doesn't appear to be lacking. This is our first RPC stay, but I can say the food here is comparable to BC. There really is a large selection -- Im taking lots of pictures. Meat and cheese platter is still here for breakfast. The afternoon has a lot of stuff -- scones, tarts, banana bread, veggies, goldfish, etc. Way more options than at both BC and Poly.
I will post more when we get home. I just wanted to check in cause I know there has been a lot of chatter about cutbacks. RPC is still going strong!
Do they still have hard boiled eggs??? I'm celiac so I'm always looking for food with gluten and that contains some substance![]()
