Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

I thought I read somewhere that hard boiled eggs were being added to the breakfast portion. If true does anyone know if this will be standard across all club level resorts?
BWI had them in November and GF RPC had them in the early fall.

Thank you. I would definitely prefer to be inside those doors too. I would also prefer a quieter room where I can sit on my balcony and have a little more privacy. Boardwalk view would probably not provide that :0)
Did you find the lounge to be adequate for seating? It looks like there are not many tables in pictures I've seen.
I found their to bee bought seating for the most part in November during a busy weekend. During rush hour in the morning- some people had to resort to the couch, but all in all everyone that wanted a seat during those weekend days was able to get one.

Did you guys see the new D&B purses for F&G????!!

They are super cute but I am holding out for the Beauty and the Beast ones... I asked when we might expect them at the shop in the GF and they had no idea at all what I was talking about! Oh well, I'm keeping my eyes out!

@mickeynut1 I just noticed you hit 17,000 posts today!!! Congrats! :yay:pixiedust:party:

Thanks :).

I just have to say that your posts always make me smile.....you always have such nice things to say :goodvibes.

Staying CL for the first time at AKL. I did request the queen with the bunk beds room. Other than that, do I need to make any other room requests? This is a regular booking, not dvc.

Hope you have a great time and enjoy AKL CL :wizard:.

We will be staying at the GF RPC in just 11 days! We have a theme park view booked and I didn't make any room requests but I am wondering if any of these rooms have a king bed. Are there any choices for the theme park view rooms? If not I wont ask for anything but would love a king bed. TIA!

I don't know about the king bed but we stayed GF RPC in August and it was fabulous! We were on the 4th floor and couldn't fault the room. We're returning in July but this time to SL. Have a great stay.

We ordered two 24 packs of water this past trip and they sent us two 32 packs (there was a special and it was the same price). We drink a lot of water too but 64 bottles in 5 days was more than we could do! I may do water again based on your input of what's offered on CL. Unfortunately that alone wasn't enough to hit the $40 minimum for Garden Grocer. I'll have to find something else besides snacks (which it sounds like we won't need) to offset. THANKS!

Not sure if you know, but you can purchase a case of bottled water at the gift shop at Poly. It was $6.39. Also, CL CMs gave us bottled water if we asked, but that was in January 2015, so not very recent.

I can't answer about the king bed, but wanted to say I hope you have a great time! :wizard:

Glad you had a great RPC stay! I think the GF is wonderful no matter what room category you're in :).

Hope you have a great trip in July :goodvibes.

That's good information, thanks!

Just upgraded after reading the intro thread, thanks TigrLvsPooh ! Staying in the RPC in GF August 13-20! My mum and her partner are joining us, but they are in the outer building. Trying to convince them to upgrade as well.......

Hello everyone! I hope you are all well! We had a great trip in November at WL CL! We are now planning this November's trip! Our friends who travel with us just stayed at the Lodge the beginning of February and said we should definitely stay somewhere else this year because of all the construction. We have only done WL CL and I know I'll be sad, but I understand.

I wanted to come to you guys because I know you're the most experienced in CL!! We are torn between AK CL and BC CL. I am a picky eater, as well as my kids! Just wanted to see if there is anything we would eat (during dinner hours). At WL, they often had chicken tenders which came in very handy!!!! Are the offerings strictly African selections at AK? I saw in one review about a year ago they had a 'kids table' with food. Is that still there? Do both CL have a kids area for coloring and a TV? Also, are either open past 10:00? Thanks for everything!!!

Well, our trip is almost here and I can't believe it!! Day after tomorrow and we will be at the Beach Club! So looking forward to celebrating our 44th anniversary on Thursday at our favorite vacation destination. I really wish we could have gotten a room at the BWI, but it has been so difficult to get my cast discount there the past few trips.

I have come to enjoy the Beach Club and Jim loves sitting in the lobby people watching. We have great meals planned and will wander into Epcot and Magic Kingdom a little, but will hope for nice weather to enjoy laying outside.

KerryCM-Have a good trip! DH and I will be celebrating our 20th and dd graduation in July. Time goes fast:rolleyes:. Someday I know we will cross paths again:sunny:

Congratulations on 44 years. We'll be arriving at the BC this Saturday. I really hope we get nice weather, too. :)

Have a great trip! We love the BWI as well and will be "at home" in a little over a week. I think we are getting this crazy cold weather up north so that we will appreciate the sun at Disney. I am so ready for warmth.

I got my email from IPO at the Poly today!! So exciting, but I do have a question: what has been your experience letting the IPO make your ADR's? I know that's what they're there for, but I'm also a Type A control freak when it comes to my Disney vacations! Is it stressful or not to let them do the work for you? TIA!!
