Does anyone know the hours IPO staff can be reached by phone? Sorry if I missed it but couldn't find it.

TIA!

Moving from Beach Club to Wilderness Lodge tomorrow. Very sad to leave-have loved the new rooms, Cast members have been very helpful and friendly, food has been good, loved our full balcony and view. It will be hard to leave but am excited to try the club at the Lodge. Can'the wait to see what is different! Any questions, let me know! Sorry to miss the chance to meet Erika-you arrive the day we leave (well and 2 days after our move to WL). Can'the wait to hear how you like BC.

DH and DD were obsessed with the ducks! We tried not to feed them too much - the room right to our right had bread outside of it so we got to see them a lot! We were all missing our pets at home so we felt like enjoying the ducks' company!

So... here is my BC CL review! :-)

On July 7th we got everything all packed up and bell services picked up quickly - we were out of our room around 7:15am I think. Bell services took our bags away and we walked to TTC to head to Epcot. Monorail started at 7:30am so we were able to get to Epcot for EMH at 8am. DH wanted to check us in early (he felt like if we did it early we would hopefully have the best GV room they had!) He walked over to IG around 10am and DD4 and I did some things around FW - our plan was to meet back up around 11am in World Showcase at Mulan M&G. After about a half hour, DD4 and I started to make our way over to WS and DH texted me to tell me that we had indeed gotten a great room - we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite! He said it was room 3501 - immediately I started to wonder why we weren't on the 5th floor - after all of my research on the BC CL I had only looked at rooms on the 5th floor! He then started to send me pictures of the room - and I couldn't wait to arrive!!!!

So, anyway, after Mulan we made our way to BC to go and check out the room before our B&C lunch ADR. We were on the end of the building as close to Epcot as you could get - great secret entrance/exit right outside our door (that we used frequently) but it was a hike to the lounge, pool, lobby and busses. We did have access to the lounge on the 5th floor but it was not nearly as convenient as the Poly lounge was to our room (there weren't many rooms that could be that close!) - Our SUITE (still love saying that!) was newly renovated and fresh and clean! It was nice after our first week to have the extra living space. We had a long balcony that you could see Illuminations fireworks from on one side and the Frozen fireworks from the other side - although we tended to watch those from our bedroom window instead. We had excellent housekeeping in our SUITE (love it!) - the only downside of the room (which is why we were probably upgraded to this room) was that the second floor construction was going on directly below our room. We could hear them mostly on the first two days - never before 9am and never after 4pm. It was not an issue for us at all. Interesting sounds that made us wonder what they were doing - but no issues. One day they tripped a fuse though and our AC went out. After a call to the lounge, it was quickly fixed and our room was cooled off quickly.

We noticed big black curtains up all over the 5th floor which surprised us as I thought work on the 5th floor was done. But it looked like many rooms were still being worked on which could've also supported us being moved - there seemed to be many people with club level access that were not staying on the 5th floor. Also, oddly enough our toilet and the door to the bathroom were poorly aligned - you had to scrap the door against the toilet to close the door! There was a little groove already formed on the door when we checked in.

We did have issues with our MB's while at BC for the first two days. It seemed that we were not alone with that - never a problem at a park - just with getting into our room - CM's were very helpful and apologetic and were able to fix it for us eventually without us losing much time. Once, the CM even walked all the way back to our room to return my MB after borrowing it to fix it. We were so appreciative!

The BC lounge was amazing!!!! The food there was by far superior to the Poly food - everything just seemed to have more effort behind it - more selections - more attention to detail. The CM's in the lounge were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and magical! One CM even set up a little flower in a champagne class with a napkin as a table cloth for DD4 at breakfast one day because DD4 insisted on getting all dressed up that morning. She loved it and kept the flower for the rest of the trip! Chef Chris was amazing - he was so friendly and talked with us on multiple occasions -

Overall, we loved both hotels, both CL and both weeks of our vacation! I prefer to end a trip at MK so I think next summer when we do another long trip (hopefully) I'd like to start at BC CL and then move to Poly CL for the second half.

I still need to figure out how to add pictures here - once I figure that out I'll add pictures from both portions of our stay. :-)
Sounds like a great trip! Two upgrades in one trip!! When we were at BC in June, there were some black curtains hung in front of the doors at the end of the long hallway. Since it was after midnight, we snooped...they had completely scraped the paint off the doors so they could repaint them since they had originally painted latex over oil based paint...even a novice like me knows you can't paint latex over oil-based! Some of the doors were even left wide open, so we just had to look inside:). The two rooms at the very end of the long hallway( one on either side) both had king beds and were much larger than normal! And the view from the one on the pool/lake side had an incredible view! Anyway, I'll bet the black curtains you saw were for the same thing...correcting the mistake!

FYI, I learned from the directions you posted for Blueskies, so I guess you taught me how too:)

WL CL is amazing! Hope you have a great time :wizard:.

Thanks for the help uploading photos! I think I got the ones here that most would be interested in. It was such an amazing vacation! Can't wait to visit again over Christmas (although non-CL) and then hopefully again next summer for another 2 week CL adventure!

It was so nice to have a king bed and a separate living area after our first week at the Poly - the Poly rooms are quite big but there's nothing quite like being able to close a bedroom door and relax on a couch while everyone else is still asleep!

Good to know about that last room being a King and being larger than normal! We had the 2nd to last room a few years ago... It was 2 queens and not large, but the view was really wonderful. I had asked for the best view possible, knowing it would likely put us far from the lounge, and it didn't disappoint (but we oh-so inconvenient on those days when we forgot something and had to run back to the room).

Thank you for posting all those pics! The Poly room looks lovely (love that view), and the BC suite looks amazing!

The last room on the opposite side of the hall was a king too, but I didn't look out of the window to see what the view was like. I also didn't think to look at the tub areas to see if they were normal or HA. You are right about those rooms being pretty far from the lounge/ elevators, but with a view like you had on the pool/lake side, it would be worth it!
