Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

I've never done BB before but I'm hoping and praying I can get it for next year's trip esp. since we will have a dear friend coming with us.

Can you hold 2 BBs at once? I was hoping we could get one from our pre-cruise non CL stay at GF to apply to our Poly CL night post cruise pending availability ofc. And then using the Poly stay to BB for our big trip next year.

I don't think there is a limit on the number of res you can make. There may, however, be a limit in terms of how much time and sanity you want to sacrifice on the phone ;).

I believe you can book up to 3 bounceback reservations per stay.

I agree with all of you about all of the questions. I got frustrated last call and asked do you not already have this info? I just told the automated system all of this. The CM apologized and said they are required to ask certain questions. So I'll give them a break, I know they're just trying to do their job. However, it's way too many questions and I just simply want to know do you have the room I want, yes or no?

I suppose the word “busy” can be different to different people, but it doesn’t seem overly busy, in general. We’ve visited during the same time the last 2 years and this year feels less busy to me. Of course, there are some rides that are busy every day of the year.
We were there in June and the park was moderately busy, but not too bad. I was afraid the lounge would be busy (it was rather busy during our trip last fall), but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t too busy most of the time and never had a problem with seats or anything.

Not quite @2vets is correct you can book unlimited future reservations. You can book up to 3 rooms at a time when booking a BB reservation and you can have technically an unlimited number of future BB reservations only limited by your ability to cover the deposits. Note: for example if you book 3 rooms and then want to cancel your BB any Guests you assign to the other 2 rooms will automatically have their reservations cancelled.

And as an added benefit any Adult that is listed on your Initial reservation where you qualify for a BB offer they can also book a BB offer or multiple BB future stays.

These BB Offers are great but there are a large number of steps and rules to keep straight.

I find the calls to be unnecessarily long. The couple of times that I called, they push you to continue to talk to them. They ask you numerous questions to keep dragging along the conversation, even when we are done with business. I assume looking for ways to upsell.

Is this your first time to Disney? What brings you to Disney? Have you stayed at this resort before? What do you like best about the resort? Do you need tickets? That’s great you have an annual pass. I see you’re a DVC Member too. Thanks for being a DVC member and AP holder! What parks do you plan on visiting? How many days are you going to do at each park? I see you have another trip right after this trip! How exciting! Do you need tickets for that trip? Do you have MDE? Do you know you can make dining reservations 60 days in advance? Are you celebrating anything? Who will be joining you on this trip? Do you plan on playing mini golf?! Etc…

I’ll answer the questions, I don’t like to be rude, I know they are just doing their job. However, I try to make my replies as brief as possible.

On one of the calls, I thought we had agreed on NOT booking the package, yet during the summary before getting my credit card info, the CM quickly mentioned about the $200 prepayment. I told her again that I wanted to pay upfront one night for the resort only. She then questioned why anyone would want to pay the full amount for one night if only $200 was required. Finally she put me on hold and didn't come back for a while, so I just hung up.
This is why I use a TA. I just email her and not have to deal with any of it.

You can book multiple BBs. You can modify them, change resorts, and add days or subtract days as long as there is availability. You can even book for friends or family as long as they are traveling at the same time as you, that is the one that is limited to three rooms. It's good to have something booked if you are even thinking of going again.

Yes, I’m here now and the breakfast and dinner apps were fantastic. My family loved everything.
We got the room we wanted 4846, it’s an end room closest to the park.
Sounds great. We had almost the exact room. Enjoy! 😃

Well, after all these recent posts about CR Atrium (and the sushi pictures!!), and the loss of a dear friend a few days ago, I am feeling very "carpe diem"-y. I think I may roll the dice on getting BB applied to part of my upcoming stay, which is now shaping up as AP rate at BC (non-CL) for 2 nights and 3 nights at CR CL.

(In other news, cancer sucks. Hug everyone you love that's within reach.)

Right now on the phone taking days off a non-CL reservation so I can add another CL day to the next reservation (split stay, obvs). My CM is super sick and is not in the mood to make any chit chat, she thanked me for being an annual passholder, and that was it. I feel terrible for her, but it is definitely looking like it will be the briefest - and most pleasant - call I've experienced.

ETA - specified that I was thanked for being an AP, not a CM! 😂

CR Atrium is on a 3 day rotation - seems like that’s standard - so tonight’s apps were the same as Sunday’s.

One minor gripe I have is that there’s no menu board here that I’ve seen. All of the other club levels where I’ve stayed have posted the day’s menu every day.

Yes, it’s a three day rotation. I asked and the CL CM had a little cheat sheet/notecard thing at the podium that they were happy to show me. One day I actually texted them while we were at the park to see what was for dinner to decide if we should should keep an adr that we had or head back to the hotel for apps/dinner

Thanks for all the photos @KrazeeK120. We’re TC in less than 6 weeks. Sadly the apps don’t look things we’d like. When we were there last July, they had some meatballs in sauce that were really good. Did you notice if they still have that? We’re planning bigger lunches & just light apps most evenings. We should be ok even if we just have crudite & crackers, it will just be a little disappointing. Thanks!

They didn’t have the meatballs anymore this June. I did have them last year though. I can report that the meatballs come directly from Chef Mickey’s though, so you could still get them if you went there.
