Resort Thread Disney's CARIBBEAN BEACH Resort

Hello. My husband and I are booked for a short 2 night stay in a CBR King Room June 2025 :). Have stayed once before w/just my DD and myself and I loved it!! DH wants to try before our Poly stay.

When booking there is no option for preferred/water etc type views for the King Rooms. Does this mean they are just located throughout the resort? I figure only location they are likely not in is Trinidad since those are the pull down/Under the Sea rooms.

Any recommendations on where to request? I truly am fine with walking since it is just two adults.

thank you for any information :)

Correct, there is no other options for a King room. Yes, they are spread around the resort.

Correct. There are 12 King Rooms in every building except Trinidad.

Our favorite locations are Jamaica 45 and Aruba 51. Both have some rooms that are closer to Old Port Royal and the main feature pool than some Preferred rooms. And you are much closer to the Skyliner.

Oh thank you so much. I will request either building and hope for the best! No matter where we are as long as I can try a Jamaican Frozen Runner I will be happy lol.

Hi, we will be in CBR End of August, we have reserved a standard view room with 5th sleeper (5th sleeper is unnecessary since we are 2 persons, but it was the cheapest room available). Do you know if this type of room exists in Jamaica 45 or Aruba 51, preferably in the upper floor? I am not sure if Touring plans is reliable in this respect.

Yes, there are Standard View 5th sleepers on both floors in both buildings.

Heads up for those booking Skyliner Resorts for January 2026.

I'll be there in June with my family! 15 people total - if you see a big group in matching t shirts, it's probably us! :rotfl:

How exciting! 15 people! We did 8 last October and it was like herding cats lol. Smart to get matching t-shirts. Here is to hoping we all have great weather and magical trips! :)

I'll be going in June with 2 of my young kids and we're hoping to be close to the Skyliner in a standard 5th sleeper. For the refillable mugs, are there any locations closer to or inside the outer buildings that have soda machines, or do we have to go to the main building for that? Thanks!

Each "island" has one, there's one by Banana Cabana (the pool bar) and in the food court.

If you're staying in Aruba which is closer to the riviera skyliner (like we did last trip) it might be closer to refill at Riviera...I think primo piatto had one.

Staying here this summer. Haven’t stayed here in ages. It’ll be adults only. Just my husband and I. Any suggestions on what we should request? We are food court people, and we do plan on using the skyliner. Thanks so much! We have a king room booked.

I'm booking 2 rooms for February 2026 at the new catch-all "standard room" category. I know that I can call to make requests about location in general--but how likely are they to place both rooms relatively close together? We're two separate couples, so no need for connecting rooms or such--but it will be nice to not have a hike to meet up with each other.

Our 2 favorite locations are Jamaica 45 and Aruba 51. Both are a short stroll across the bridge to the food court, these rooms are even closer to the food court than some of the Preferred rooms, and are a little longer stroll to the Skyliner.

Your best bet is to call the main reservation line, and have the confirmation numbers for both rooms handy, and have the phone CM have the 2 reservations marked as "traveling with" and have them add a request to both that you would like to be close to each other. Then make no other requests.
