Does anyone know if the creamer they have for the coffee (where you go for refillable drinks) is in little containers (like the ones you get in a restaurant)? I am just wondering in case we want to bring it to our room.

I haven't seen creamer containers photographed at AoA. I did see a picture of the standard issue creamer (half and half) dispensers, so I assume that is all that is available.

Maybe you could bring a small container in your luggage, baby food size, and then keep the cream in your fridge. The juice ones sometimes come in plastic.

Weather wise.. I prefer to wear shorts or Capri and a t-shirt, not dripping with sweat. I'd rather not layer up with sweatshirt. I don't mind the 3pm thunderstorm, as long as it is not humid and it is not too chili. I prefer the temp to be in the mid 70s, sunny with a slight breeze. That's my kind of Disney weather!!

If only we could find a way to schedle that sort of weather months in advance like ADR's! :cool1:

I'll take a WeatherPass too! Not too humid, sunny and dry heat! 82 is perfect! I hate being cold and we usually go in April. This last trip in April we had one day when we were in Epcot and I was freezing! It was windy/cloudy and I did not bring a fleece with me. It was strange because I think of HEAT when I think of Disney :rotfl: Not sure I could handle any colder there, we get enough cold here in New England! Would I be crazy for entertaining the thought of possibly going in February if there is Free Dining? We are thinking of AOA Standard room for either Feb 16-23 OR April 13-20.

We went this past Feb and the weather was great. Not too hot and not too cold. But a friend of mine goes in Feb a lot and there's been a few times she's been in Feb and froze. Every year is different so it's hard to predict.

um, no... there is only minute maid LITE... yuck.

I am with you there. I wish they had a regular version as I don't drink pop and am from Canada so I don't like the ice tea. I get a free mug with my package but it might not be worth picking up because I will probably never use it.

The mugs makes a good souvenir even if you don't use it at the resort. My kids won't be able to use theirs (they're allergic to lemons so they couldn't even have regular lemonade if it was served) but they like having them as souvenirs. If nothing else, it's a handy cup for filling with ice water since it doesn't sweat like a regular cup does and it keeps the water cold for longer.

Have you considered brewing a half cup of tea and then adding a half cup of ice? I think they have fresh lemon you can squeeze in if you'd like. I'm assuming that's what you mean with the being from Canada comment since I grew up with real brewed tea in our fridge my whole childhood and I'm Canadian but I didn't know anybody else growing up who drank ice tea other than the instant garbage I'd see people buy when I got older. That instant garbage seems pretty similar to me to the stuff you get from fountains.

yea minute maid is ew yuck! i wanna stay @ art of animation! i stayed @ old key west a couple months ago

Sorry but I haven't read through all 219 pages. This might have been mentioned.

Did AoA get new KTTW cards that are a different design than the other resorts? Anyone have a picture?

I grew up with brewed tea and I have it always in my refrig. In fact, I am going to start to practice making it in my old resort mug so I can have it perfect when I get there in a few weeks:)
