I was thinking that also but I wondering where you would rent them?? Not really any staff around the little pools but the life guard when they are on duty. But maybe they would have someone just to rent them out?? Not sure about that since there is only 8 of them. Maybe they will be 1st come 1st serve. like the table around a pool and since I really don't see any place for tables around the pool. They do look big enough for a few people to get into, look at the size of the worker.

IMO, if they were to be rented out and made of plastic of fiberglass, they would basically turn into a sauna, lol! No thanks

Traffic cones. Probably just for decoration but maybe could be used for storage.

Holy mother of pearl, I had heard they were going to be using RFID tech for the AoA, but I didn't realize they would be tricked out coolness like this.

It looks like the LM are completely booked for free dining already. I was looking at dates again, since I'm trying to get a friend to go the same time as me, and no LM rooms are available. I don't think she really would've stayed there anyway because she has boys and it's a "girl" room, lol, but she was saying it would be cool to stay somewhere new. But it's only been a week, and they're already gone, at least for the dates I was looking at.

I really like the looks of the room though. It looks like most of the room is very "Under the Sea," and that the bathroom is very "Part of Your World."

I know. Friends of mine were trying to book a room for the same week as me and it is all sold out. Maybe as it gets closer there may be some cancellations but I doubt it.

It makes me so glad I didn't wait until I was able to get in touch with my TA to have her book it. I didn't talk to her until yesterday. Though if I hadn't of booked it myself, I would've made an effort to, instead of just waiting until whenever to talk to her.

I think even if there are cancellations it wouldn't be before the free dining offer is gone. And if I had to choose between Pop with free dining or Art of Animation without, I would have to pick Pop for budget reasons.

I was playing around with it yesterday and it was messed up. It would only let you book a LM room if your check in date was the 15th but it would let you book until the 29th but so soon so you changed the check in date to something else like the 16th, it would only give you a suite. I'm guessing that there is a problem with the system or they stopped booking the LM rooms all together. I don't think that they sold out of the FD LM rooms but maybe.

Curiosity got to me. I Googled " Disney Art of Animation Cozy Cone Pool " and this is what I pulled up. Looks like they will be cabanas. They will probaly not be plastic and they will be open at the top with ceiling fans in them I am sure. Still its a bit off they would have cabana rentals in a value hotel. But then it seems lke they are doing lots of things a bit different than usual with this resort. Dont forget Sarges Suplus Hut is being built also. Maybe thats where they will hand out life vests ?

I dont think we wll have the wristbands just yet . But they have already done some testing at Epcot . Would be cool if they did.

It has been confirmed during a hard hat tour that the doors will have RFID but maybe if no wristband, the KTTK will have to have the chip it them.

Cabanas at the cars pool. Odd. It seems that if a family were going to camp out for any length of time it would be at the Nemo pool. But then, if I were smarter than the imagineers, people would be paying to stay with me.

I am glad that we are going in Sept. so all of the resort will be completed and I can get first hand DIS info. from all of those traveling earlier. 5 more months? really? This is going to be a loooong summer.

I called Disney yesterday and asked about this and the girl said that there will be fridges as they will be installed in all values this year.

I knew they were going into the other values, but they had a spot in their dresser for the fridge to slide into. Just wondering where they will go in the LM rooms since it appears the dresser has no space.

I tried yesterday and nothing was available, was told by the CM to keep trying, so I went online today and the LM rooms were showing up, so I called and was able to switch my reservation from POP this morning. We are going 9/22 - 9/29.
