IF they offer free dining next year, I wonder if they will allow those booking suites to get the regular dining plan free instead of the quick service plan.

Agreed.
I haven't found any for $500, but I've done 10 days in large condos (that are so much nicer than Disney) for less than $1000. And had washers, dryers, balconies/patios, etc.
Some folks want to stay in Disney hotels so badly that they're willing to pay a lot of extra dough to do it. It works out for them, it works out very well for Disney and it opens up rooms for those who want to pay less for better rooms. Really is win-win-win.![]()
yeah, we just rented a 3 level townhouse -- 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, huge deck, living room, family room, huge kitchen, etc. etc. for $150/nt.................................... Ok, so it was in NH and not in WDW but still, lol....it makes paying $350/nt. for a tiny suite hard to swallow.
Yep. I'm pricing off-site for the first time and only at one specific resort because of the location (Wyndham Bonnet Creek). We could have a 2 bed, 2 bath condo in a resort with amenities just as good as any Disney deluxe for $100-120/night. I'm not making any decisions until Disney's fall discounts are released but wow does that look like a fabulous resort and unless the fall offer is free dining none of the Disney options can compete.
The only reason I cough up the cash for onsite resorts is for the dining plan. If I could get it staying off property, I would. But Disney's smart and knows how to get people!
Yep. That's what gets me, too. I love the prepaid, all inclusive aspect of it. Transportation, too. I love that if I wake up before everybody else and want to hit rope drop, I can hop on a bus and go. The rest of the family can join me when they are ready. Staying offiste with a rental car, that's really not an option. Disney has me hook, line, and sinker... for now.
