Definately NO room in the safe for a laptop....we left ours on the floor in its bag with no problems, in fact we never lock it up and have never had a problem. The ASMO safe was tight even for our two wallets and my DS's nintendo DS that he insisted we lock up each morning.
The room was a bit tired (nothing horrible by any means, just scuffed walls, carpet a bit dingy, just generally in need of a little refreshing). It was fine, just not great - I guess the room felt like an 'ok' hotel, not a resort. The grounds were very neat and nice, and the main lobby, and all the rest was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised at how little noise I heard. Our two rooms were main floor directly infront of the toystory courtyard (right there at the checkerboard!), and when we checked in I was prepared to hear a lot of shrieking and the like, but it wasn't bad at all. Yes the toilets were loud, but keeping the bathroom door shut made it fine.
I was dissapointed by the pool, it has only a small shallow area, and then gets pretty deep pretty fast. There is not a lot of room for smaller children to swim within their depth.
What I LOVED the most about the resort - the lifesized characters were the high point. The food court food far surpassed my expectations, the salads were amazing, and the ice cream deserts YUM!!! I can't say enough good things about the food (
free dining helped too!)
What I liked least - the pool, very dissapointing (but not enough so to even make us check out the mighty ducks pool, we didn't even visit it once), and the busses - seemed very unpredictable, sometimes 3 or 4 would go by to the other parks before one came to another. It seemed to be worst for parks with EMH's, we waited 40 minutes on our last day to get a bus for MK. That was our worst wait to the parks, from the parks our worst wait was about an hour to leave after EMH at MK. That said, we did have our car, but never used it, so all in all, the busses weren't that bad.....
