DisneyQuest Vouchers

I have a quick question. We booked a package through Disney for May 3 through 10. Whenever we receive our Mickey Mail, I believe it will include 2 DisneyQuest vouchers. We plan to drive down on May 2 and anticipate arriving around 3. We will not check in to AoA until the next morning and are staying at an offsite hotel for the night.

My question is can we use our DisneyQuest vouchers on May 2?

The dates of your package are printed right on the vouchers. It would seem unlikely that you would be able to use them before the start date. You need the vouchers and an ID with a last name that matches the one on the vouchers to convert them into tickets.

I booked through a travel agent, do I get these? how, when?

I believe if you book a package you get them but I could be wrong. I have never stayed on property before.
