I am so frustrated with this site!!! I signed up and have almost a 1000 points, but now I can't log in! I've requested info, and emailed customer services several times over the past few weeks, with no response. It says to allow up to 3 days to get back to you, but its been about 20 days. When I request my member name, it gives me something that doesn't work, and when I put in what I know is my password and username, it says I'm not registered. UGH!! I am so frustrated with this site!

Has anyone else had any problems? I'm trying to put in the movies the kiddos got for christmas, but haven't been able to even open our account. And of course, there isn't a phone number, just an email spot which no one seems to want to reply to. Oh Disney, what a love/hate relationship we have!

Yep, I had problems just like yours. After several emails (they did respond albeit slowly), I finally told them to close my account, which they never did.

I had the same problem as year ago. Lost about 3000 points. They never even responded to the problem other than to tell me to change my password, you can't change a password with out logging in.

I had to start a new account completely including getting a new email for that specifically.

I hope you get it fixed.
