I will personalize Mickey heads and will customize any design I have in this thread. I will take requests for new designs, but only usually have time on Sunday afternoons to do them. I love designing and the making someone's trip just a little more special.

Are you willing to customize designs?? What program are you using?

I am using an old version of Photoshop 5.0 LE that came with a previous computer and I dusted off for this purpose. I am considering upgrading, but not until later. I am having a lot of fun doing this. I used to be in public relations and we started our digital design on the first Macs to ever come out (back in the old days we called them a Macintosh and thought it was extremely clever that "Apple" made the "Macintosh" ).

I moved up in the PR world and away from the "do it all" kind of office and subsequently became Mom and quit that line of work so that I could see my kids once in a while. It's been 15 years, at least, since I have seen any type of full-service graphic arts program. It's been quite a challenge, but also fun and rewarding at the same time. I can see where it could be addicting.

I think I could personalize, but I am still extremely slow. People would have to be patient with me. I am also only home one weekend between now and our cruise, and I can figure what I will be doing that weekend.

Thanks for your comments. I love your deisgns. You, and other DISigners like you, were my inspiration to try this. I will post more when I have them.

Well, good for you. Keep it up. After you do things a few times it gets a lot faster. You could try in the layer styles pallette giving your text a bevel/emboss or a drop shadow. It really makes the text pop out!!

This was my biggest challenge, figuring out how to do this. Now I want to figure out how to do the shadows and beveling, outlines, etc. So much to learn...so little time.
