Does anyone know if they have any *tours*, so to speak, if we wanted to head to Universal one day, and we didn't have our own vehicle? We'd be staying at the Grand. Thanks. :)

You can google Graylines Tours(sp) they have many options. They will pickyou up at the hotel or at least it was our experience a few years back.

We rented a car from the Avis in Downtown Disney and drove up to Universal City for the day.

We used Southern Greylines as well and found them to be a great service, especially if its your first trip to SoCal and you are a bit nervous about getting around. They are very convenient and easy to use. We used them for our airport/hotel shuttle as well. :)

Not our first time, and not nervous about driving around - actually driven to Universal before. Just wanted to know the best way to do it this time, as we are flying in for the first time, instead of driving, like we normally do. So we'll either look into that tour, or rent a vehicle. Thanks!!
