Welcome to Disneyland Tour

If we have been to WDW about a dozen times, should we take the above tour on our first trip to Disneyland?

I don't know anything about the DL Tour, but I just recently visited DL for the first time after numerous WDW trips, and kind of did it by the seat of my pants. ;)

It's actually a very easy park to navigate, and if you read some of the historical books on the Disney Company, you'll know quite a bit just from that. Like Walt's apartment over the firehouse, with the candle perpetually burning in the window - that was pretty cool to see. :)

I was very happy to finally experience "Walt's park". I think you will too. :)

Don't know that tour.
We went on the Walk In Walt's Footsteps ...very good ::yes:: and Red Carpet tour...also very informative.
I love Disneyland!! :hyper:

You don't really "need" the tour. The one to take would probably be the 50th tour where they give you special 50th trinkets and special seats to either the parade or fireworks.

If you're going at a very busy time and have a limited amount of time, the tour might be a good option. But I personally don't think it's necessary. Since you've been to WDW, you can always skip the similar rides that are at WDW (although it is fun to compare!)

I wouldn't do the tour, but I *would* do the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour instead. It's fantastic.

As for skipping similars -- *don't* skip Pirates! Or space mountain.
