Disneyland Shopping Guest Services?

Is there a number I can call (or an email address I can email) if I bought something in the parks that is defective? I didn't realize it until I got home, so bringing it back into the store isn't an option. There was a phone number I called at one time, but it was years ago, so I have misplaced it. Help?

There should be a phone # at the bottom of your receipt, that should connect you to guest services

That is the number on the receipt though IIR it says Merchandise Guest Services on the receipt by the number.
