These questions are so scripted. It would be nice to hear him talk when he doesn't know the order of the questions and what answers he needs to give.

Pshhh, he just diverted the question into an answer of how we just need federal stimulus about how to help those laid off in theme parks and small businesses. Ridiculous. Totally sidestepped the connection of Disney's closure and how this is impacting CA small business owners and workers.

And the question which basically like 'hey, can the state do anything to help these workers and businesses?' and his response just danced around to the federal stimulus negotiations.

I really believe that you have to call in these questions ahead of time and then his staff is picking and choosing which questions he answers. A question that flat out asks that will never make it into the Q&A section. I really believe more and more that guidelines will just be published on the website and you will hear announcements from each park.

I agree, watching so many of these press conferences and I just don't see him circling around to 'Here we go, theme park guidelines!' it just doesn't fit the rhetoric he uses and probably would create attention on it that he doesn't want. I bet it will just appear silently one day, like the guidelines for playgrounds did.
