I believe it is in the big giant store on mainstreet at the beginning on the left hand side. There is about 4 in that store. I always love to look at them.

Correct, the Emporium and its never ending length. I took it in August, but from what I understand it has been located in other places.

The displays in the Emporium aren't new, they've been there forever. Some of the figures even have motion (when they're working). They're way up towards the ceiling though so it can be easy not to even notice them.
