Today was a day out of the parks so I found time to sneak in a bonus POTD. A slightly different view of the Matterhorn.......

Here is my "OUT of the Park" photo of the Matterhorn. This photo was taken from Angel Stadium. (The Matterhorn is in the center of the Photo)

I took that from our 7th floor balcony at the HoJo. Of course, it's also at 300mm (450mm with sensor crop factor). The orange glow looks like the sunset but is actually during a brief moment from the F! show.

I had a feeling that's where you took it from. I have one similar to it that I took from the 7th floor at Hojos, back in the olden days of film!

I just wanted to pop over and check out some of the new photos. I miss hitting you guys on a regular basis!

Danny and Mike - thank you to both of you for providing me with interviews for the podcast! I realized today that the one thing we forgot to do was take photos of ourselves together!!! If you want to email me self portraits of yourselves, please do!

Nancy......It was great to meet with you and do the interview! You know, I actually made a mental note to make sure I get a picture with you. Well, that mental note didn't work very well. I'll see about getting you a self portrait.

Your picture of the monorail control board is great. Every time I see the monorail or ride it, I think of Austin.
