Disneyland Pet Peeves!

You know what really wedges up my underwear.....When you are planning a trip ask someone who got back how there's was?, and they say "oh don't go there".

OMG....OK this is it, this is the winner! LOL :lmao:

rflol omg.

that skiingfast is a HOOT!!

*gasp* oh.. i need cpr, something just took my breath away.... :)

OMG! I'm not around here for a couple of days and we get wedgies, wilted lettuce, soggy cereal, mass hysteria!:scared1::lmao:

The whole coworkers thing is a big pet peeve of mine. First, you give me crap about going, then you ask me for your help when you want to go, then when I ask how it went, you didn't like this, this, or this! Next time, you're on your own.

yeah and it's like.. why did you even go??:confused:

you know what really snaps my fingers....peope who spit on the ground right as you walk in that same direction... yeah yeah and it gets on your toes, its gross!:scared1:

Another pet peeve- how DL is the only vacation place where you can go and truly forget about the outside world and all your problems.

Oohh I've got another, but it's more me and my own fault, how the past 4 years, the only times I have gone to DL have been when I run a race. :headache: I need to go when I have no race and can just relax and enjoy the rides and not worry about what I am eating and how much I am walking around/sore afterwards!

You know what really squeezes the jelly out the back of my donut....when people use a stroller as a plow.

I agree with all of these! but mostly

1. Flash Photography if you don't know how to turn it off ask anyone 5 years old or older around you to help, I know I would if it improves my time there

2. Strollers/Wheelchairs that don't show any sympathy that they just about took out your calfs I have had to push a wheelchair before in the parks yes its sometime hard to see, it happens but please say you are sorry. Once at a different park my grandmother got hit by a stroller and it really injured her... so that worries me :sad1:

3. Missed Behaved Children my mom teaches first grade, I'm used to kids but sometime the parents that just turn a blind eye to their childs behavior... ugh. I once kicked a kid multiple times (on accident) because she was jumping around on the railing on TSMM... I kept giving her the "look" but it didn't work :confused3

4. and lastly Those Backpack Swingers being only 5'3" when those taller people have backpacks on in crowded spaces (like the stretching room on HM or monorail) and turn around a lot... IT HITS ME IN THE FACE :sad2:... yeah thats not fun. This also applies to the people BEHIND me in line that are too close and keep turning around and hitting me in the back and those kids who hit me in the thighs.

That all I can think of right now.

You know what really makes my beer go flat........The mom or dad who is yelling at the group to go here or there like a tourguide.

You know what really......I can't do it skiing fast.......LOL You are the master!! :)

I really hate it when parents yell at their kids when they are tired and having a breakdown, I know it's been said before but man that bugs me a lot.

Oh yeah Pixie, that really puts the coffee stain onto my the front of my dress shirts too.

People that take advantage of riding with Handicap people, on our last visit we were waiting in line for Alice and there was one group of 19 people with one handicap girl, and they pretty much made the regular line come to a complete stop.

I think Disney should make a rule like they have for WoC. only one person can ride with a handicap person, or they should hold the handicap people off to the side and have the rest of their party wait in line and have them wait till their party gets to the front of the line before they ride.

Oh no Carlos, don't turn this into the breastfeeding/wheelchair thread. :rotfl2:

They do limit the number of people with a GAC card holder to a party of six. So what you saw is not ok. But I do wonder how many CMs know this. I've read a thread by CM's where they talk about this very subject and depending on the CM's postion in the resorts they seem to think a lot differently about what the cards are for.

Oh and just to add for the record, All those people taking advantage to cut the line......Really gets egg shell bits in my omelets.

You know what really smudges my glasses......When parent take thier little kids into a bush to urinate, hey visit the happiest potty on earth please, please you'll kill the bushes.

Ya this isn't the policy, they are not supposed to have that many people in their party. I do like your suggestion of having the rest of the party wait in line and then have everyone ride when they get thru. :) Altho depending on the handicap I can see how that might not work for everyone.

:scared1::scared1::scared1: I have yet to see this and pray that I never do!

There is a rule that only 6 people (I believe) can accompany a GAD. It is more up to the cast members to enforce it though.
