Disneyland Paris?

I'd imagine just before or after the summer holidays would be your best bet weather-wise. It's usualy less crowded on off-peak weeks which you can see when you play around with bookings or have the brochure. Hope that helps!

Hi goalie5hole . Elaine, Jackie, Elaine and Reid welcome to DLP DIS board :wave2:

We are a friendly bunch here so please join in on any other thread or if you have a number of questions then just start a new thread for each :goodvibes

If you have not had a look yet, DLP posting rules are here, DIS posting guidelines can be found here.

One of the things to bear in mind is that fireworks are only on in the summer months when the park is open later, but is busier :)

I have been both in June and September and my choice is September, no crowds, lovely weather and a bit of Halloween atmosphere is you go in the second half :goodvibes

On the other side no fireworks or Electrical Parade will be on in that season (neither in June) :confused3

my vote for september too, we just got back last thursday had fantastic weather (needed a cardie for morning and evening) and hardly had a wait for anything and saw everything we wanted too

I have only been twice so far, once in June/July (this year) and once at the end of Sept (just back on Monday) - the weather in June/July was obviously warmer but I would go so far as to say it was too warm :cool2: , and it was also very busy; whereas the weather last week was glorious (sunny the entire time, not too warm), and the crowds were alot less, particularly on Wed & Thur, where we even managed 10 consecutive rides on BTM within 105 mins!!! :yay:

I'm looking at February for our next trip, so will see how that compares (I would imagine colder, and maybe as quiet as last week too - I hope!).

Thanks for the replies.
So what else does everyone do while in Paris and how long do you usually stay?

If our trip is five days/four nights or more we like to spend one day in Paris. Last time we got the RER and spent the morning in the Louvre (we tried to get Monna Lisa and bring her back to Italy but it was not possible LOL) than after a very expensive break in a park (can't remember the name sorry) we walked all the way to Tour Eiffel and went on top of it where by chance i met someone from my home town that i usually never meet when here :rotfl: lol.
There is not much you can do in one day but it was nice anyway.

If the trip is shorter like it will be for Halloween (going 29th to 1st) than we dont bother going anyway and just enjoy the Parks and the Village :goodvibes .

We've been mid- week in June & had lovely weather each time. The only draw back is that there were no fireworks

We went for the day on Sept 25 on a Thursday a few weeks ago and had no lines. Crush's coaster took 20 minutes, we walked on BTRR, rode RNR 4 times a row. Great time and nice weather.

We went in September (24th), for 6 days and had glorious sunshine each and every day, little cold in the mornings but soons warms up.

I would actually say September if you want relatively good weather and the parks are not very busy.

January if you want cold and the park to be so quiet you might witness some tumble weed lol. :)
