When you arrive at the Disneyland park, stop by city hall and ask for the blue card. It is good for you plus 3 people. It will allow you access by the exit to all the attractions in the park... But! Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril (small single loop rollercoaster), Space Mountain: Mission 2 and Peter Pan's Flight requires that the person be able to walk on your own, without assistance, in order to ride. Silly rule...

The Walt Disney Studios park, on the other hand, does not need any card for guests travelling in wheelchair. The whole park is accessible by the main lines. Fast pass is offered at Rock n Roller Coaster and Flying Carpets.
